The next morning, I searched YELP and called a few places. You have to be VERY CAREFUL with locksmiths... Some don't even display an address. Not cool. I wouldn't do biz with them. I called some that displayed addresses, but none of them seemed like they had expertise in electronic key fobs. I just kept calling until I found SECURITY LOCK SYSTEMS! Wow! From the first "hello", I could tell - these folks CARE, and are INTERESTED IN SOLVING MY PROBLEM! What a difference! The guy on the phone said he has a key-fob expert, asked for my name and number, and I was amazed when "Mike" called, asked me a series of questions PROVING HIS EXPERTISE. He told me exactly what I'd need when he came out, and I called the following day. He plugged in a device that "reads" the signal from my key fobs, and told me he thought he could fix it. And 5 minutes later, he re-programmed my fob!! Their fees are incredibly reasonable and they saved me $350 from having to go to the dealer!! Mike is AWESOME! SECURITY LOCK SYSTEMS ARE AWESOME! I give them my highest recommendation.

Stop reading and call…read more Seriously, excellent service! Mike asked plenty of questions to ensure he would be able to help us. Originally, we were planning to go to a dealership but noticed they give inconsistent answers regarding our 2017 Outback. Weird, right? We were in a bind, having received only one key fob when we bought our car through Carmax. We are stumped as to how we lost it--it fell out of my pocket attracting the attention of larcenous crows is our best guess--so it would require having the car towed to a dealership with estimates well over $1500 for two fobs AND no guarantee they'd have it fixed within a day. No kidding. We called Mike last evening, answered a number of questions as I mentioned above about the type of fob and the specific model. He finally said, "Yes! I can do it." In fact, he offered some caveats that ended up being unnecessary, which helps explain why different dealerships charged wildly different prices. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Wow! That is why I Started with, "Stop reading and call." Thanks, again, Mike!

I came home from taking my service dog to the vet to find that I had accidentally locked myself out…read moreof my house. I just moved in so you know it was one of those things. I kept calling around trying to find a locksmith and none of my friends knew who to call so I got here on yelp and looked up someone local. This is how I came across the locksmith guy. I am so glad that I looked on yelp. I was quickly helped by a young man named SHAY, Who arrived at my location in about 12 minutes. The locks on this please we're so old that two of the tumblers were really hard to pick in the last one just would not go and as he told me the door is really secure because he couldn't get the the oil pressure pump things in to try and loosen the door. So he had to drill out the original lock and replace both the upper and lower lock for me. So I now have one key for the two locks and everything works perfectly. Considering the emergency and the rush, and the heat today, I am really tickled with the service I got from Shay of the locksmith guy. The price was reasonable and if I need locks worked on again I know who to call. I highly recommend this company if you need to have your locks changed or if you're locked out.

Really taken back by how the Manager Efy handled my case. Work on your customer service skills…read more I reached out about 2 months ago seeking a price quote. They were fair enough to move forward with, now I just had to pick a date. Present day; I have an appointment and no one is following up with me. I call the office and a technician is to call back...opps a miss the call and 10 mins later I call back to inquire if we are still set. Rudely he replied "no you didnt answer so I moved on." No text, no voicemail, like dude have you heard of spam calls ? Identify yourself! We end up rescheduling and he shows up. I purchased what ended up being a shell not the actual fob and respectively the price was more for them to acquire one. Cool. However, there was a service fee for the job being rendered and if we decided to purchase their fob the fee would be applied to the balance. There was no price transparency, on the website, nor verbally mentioned to me of said fee. Naturally, Id be cautious because these are independent contractors, so is this legit? I call management, not to complain but to confirm and Efy raised his tone, and through customer service etiquette right out the window. Repeatedly saying that it was my fault and on me for purchasing the wrong one, not on them. Clearly not hearing my concerns about the charge and clearly fed up with the back and forth that we had experienced with the rescheduling. He even threatened to cancel my service and refund the money, however, because it was cash hr just followed up with the technician about the Fob being in stock and confirming à rescheduling. Ultimately the job got done but at more then a monetary cost. I felt belittled, and mistreated, very disappointed in their business
