He got right to work, replaced all of our locks efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Not only is Will skilled and professional, but he's also just a genuinely great guy. A few days later, we accidentally locked ourselves out of a closet, and without hesitation, Will came back and took care of it--replacing that lock as well. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality of work really impressed us. I highly recommend Will to anyone needing locksmith services. Stop reading and call…read more Seriously, excellent service! Mike asked plenty of questions to ensure he would be able to help us. Originally, we were planning to go to a dealership but noticed they give inconsistent answers regarding our 2017 Outback. Weird, right? We were in a bind, having received only one key fob when we bought our car through Carmax. We are stumped as to how we lost it--it fell out of my pocket attracting the attention of larcenous crows is our best guess--so it would require having the car towed to a dealership with estimates well over $1500 for two fobs AND no guarantee they'd have it fixed within a day. No kidding. We called Mike last evening, answered a number of questions as I mentioned above about the type of fob and the specific model. He finally said, "Yes! I can do it." In fact, he offered some caveats that ended up being unnecessary, which helps explain why different dealerships charged wildly different prices. He was in and out in 45 minutes. Wow! That is why I Started with, "Stop reading and call." Thanks, again, Mike!

Unfortunately the person who answered the phone and tried to help was either new, inexperienced or…read morepossibly only able to provide scripted responses. I was trying to get a safe installed. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
