Very disappointing experience, second time here...figured I'd give them another shot...since first…read moretime a powder manicure took about 2 hours. Made an appointment again but ended up not getting started on for over 45 minutes. When I walked in I was a bit grossed out by the sewage smell that never went away. I asked the head lady in charge if they had the color I showed her on my phone...she said yes. I finally get Lisa who asks why I'm getting powder and tells me UV gels better and kept asking why I don't get it instead...I said I'll look into it if it's healthy or not...she persisted...I declined repeatedly..she started laughing and talking to the technician next to her-all I could make out was uv and powder in what sounded like a complaining, condescending tone. (The first time the leading lady tried to convince me to get gel as well but in a much nicer way-so it appears they don't like doing powder and removing it) Once she's done removing my last manicure she pulls out uv gloves and tries to put them on my hands...I asked her if she was going to do UV gel anyway even though I said no....she says yes, I tell her no, she starts complaining again in her language to the technicians near her. I had to ask if she knew how to do powder as I was beginning to get worried. After 2 hours the end result was fine, but in a color other than what I asked for and I'll probably have to go get them redone. So Be warned if you do go here...make sure you get gel! (And bring a translator) *also know they do not give complimentary massages while your nails dry as most other salons in the area do, instead they have a man who asks you if you want a massage, starts and then tells you the fee. Thankfully I picked up on this from seeing him do this to others before he got to me.

She greets you by name and accommodates you whenever possible. Lily does both my powder fills and pedicures. She's thoughtful, courteous, and most importantly, highly skilled and conscientious. I couldn't help but notice some poor reviews, which seem to be based on perceived rudeness. While my preference would be that the ladies all be fluent in English, that's not the case. Based on my observations they're all are very sweet but many are unable to communicate well in English. Ann, however is quite fluent (with an accent) and will always step in to assist. They have a great selection of colors and products. They get very busy so if you have a favorite technician, appointments are best. They run on time, which in my experience is unusual. They use air filtration, which is important to our health and proper sanitization techniques - all very important to me. Parking is relatively easy. All in all, great Nail Salon!

Complete rip off! I came here for a pedicure and fill in. I wanted to cut my nails down a little…read morebit (they were not by any means long), the lady told me it was $20 to cut them! I said no way am I paying that. She said "it's more than just cutting, I have to file them too..." Well yeah, that is part of the manicure/fill in process! I was already in the pedicure chair while the lady was taking off the gel polish on my toes when she informed me that THAT was also $10 (OK, that's not unheard of when you go somewhere new) but it was also $20 if I wanted to do gel again, which I did. Most places I have been to would drop the $10 charge if you were getting gel polish again, especially if you want a repeat customer. At this point I said just finish the pedicure and forget about the nails because your prices are absurd. I looked at their price list before leaving. No mention of charging $20 to cut your nails. That's just ridiculous. I'm not cheap but I do not want to be nickel and dimed. On top of that, even after sanitizing your hands you're not allowed to touch ANY of the colors. So I had to stand there while they showed me the colors, and they couldn't even find the one I wanted. They also informed me at the door that my mask "wasn't acceptable" and handed me a cheap mask they insisted I wear instead. I should have walked out at that point but I really needed a pedicure so I walked back to my car and got another mask of my own. If you're so concerned about Covid, maybe you should turn the AC on instead of leaving the door open because the place was steaming hot, making it a breeding ground for bacteria. No wonder this place is empty on a Friday afternoon. I'm glad I didn't have to endure sitting there for another hour in the sweltering heat getting my nails done.
