They collected my name and contact info over the phone, then emailed me their appointment confirmation, and they even got the inspection completed within the short window of time that I provided them. Once the inspection was complete, they emailed the report to me and I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough it was! They explained what they found and detailed the areas they weren't able to check very thoroughly for various reasons like permanent furniture structures being in the way.
