After the fact, found out the price was actually $206.....I asked for an explanation from the main office and got a lame response of "did you tell the tech that you were using the special"? Anyway, no further response and even though the carpet is clean, the blatant overcharge and BS response to my question makes me a future non-customer and I urge you to do the same.

The ducts were not only extremely dirty but there was a distinct smell of a dead animal in the house. Although Brian did a fantastic job cleaning the vents and removing several decomposed dead mice the smell persisted. Even though it wasn't part of his job he walked around the house identified the source of the smell took an air intake vent off the wall and found the dead mouse causing the problem. We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. We cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest others look elsewhere for carpet cleaning services. We will be reporting to the BBB
