My issue is that there appears to be little or no managment of our project. We began this process in March, and they come out bit by bit, never giving us a heads up as to their arrival day/time. I have had to call continuously to get updates as to what is happening next, and when to expect it. If you choose to work with Precision Pools, be prepared to get frustrated by their project management.

Odyssey Pools replastered my pool last year. It looked great to start with. Then over the winter…read morethe pool level started decreasing. There was a leak. The pool repair guy came out and detected it in the spa. It was fixed but with a different color plaster and plaster was put on the light! Then during this summer the 9' deep end developed a rough texture and became discolored. We couldn't vacuum or scrub it away. I've called and texted to have this fixed and have only received one text back saying they'd come next week (3 weeks ago). The phone mailbox is always full. No one answers live. I would not have this company build me a pool. I wish I would have known that this is who Utah Pool Repairs uses. They do not stand behind their work. Please follow through and fix this Jim Mellor!
