First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. However, 8 months later, it is back to the original damaged condition. I have reached out many times over several weeks via phone, text, and email and neither Sam nor anyone from the company responded. I did get one text from them asking me to send a photo which I sent immediately, with no response or follow up from Fibrenew. The lack of communication and not being willing to discuss why the repairs did not last is not professional. My messages were polite and patient, but I was not treated with the courtesy of any reply. I wish they had told me up front that the repairs might not last. They should have made the effort to respond (at minimum) and/or try the repairs again to stand behind their services.
