The clown that runs this operation is pathetic. I made an appointment 2 weeks out, dropped my van off on a Friday per his request. I called on Tuesday to get an update and all I got was the run around. I was met with rude behavior, and they gave me no indication they even looked at the van yet (they had it 5 days at this point, after waiting 2 weeks for the appointment). At this point I was a little short because I had an appointment... only to finally hear from Tony's mouth that he was behind schedule and hadn't even looked at it yet. He could have told me that when I dropped it off or at any time prior to (and including) my call. He told me he wouldn't get to it for another 3 days, which I reluctantly accepted. I chose to go here on a referral from my regular mechanic, whom I called after talking to Tony to make sure this wasn't a 2 bit, fly-by-night operation (which it is). 15 minutes after talking to my mechanic, I was then contacted by Tony and told to come get my van. He didn't like me checking on his integrity, he didn't like that he was wrong and I knew it. His short-man syndrome came out in full force and he blew his top... hardly professional and very childish. He's a liar, a cheat, and you should steer clear of this company by any and all means necessary. read more
