State Farm then contacted Kinsley's Towing & Recovery with the information needed to send someone over to unlock the Outback. Important information - YHIS WAS ON A SUNDAY. A Kingsley's Towing & Recovery truck pulled into our driveway, just outside of our garage, and the driver was already preparing to unlock the door and retrieve the keys from the console of our Outback when I was entering our garage from the house. He was friendly, courteous, and quite efficient, with a quick witty sense of humor as an added bonus. As I "signed" his electronic device, he unlocked the door, disabled the alarm, and handed the keys to me. One and done.
