I called one of their many phone numbers to see about it. The guy pulled up her record and said that there must be a mistake because no technician was not sent. Temperatures were as high as 86 degrees which made conditions particularly difficult especially when trying to sleep. I change the air filter every 3 months and I clean the outside unit annually as well. After about a week of feeling sauna like conditions I called AIRCO. Nhiayee and Page arrived earlier than expected which was awesome because I was given a late afternoon appointment. I greeted them and explained the situation and helped them locate the electrical outlet and the water supply. From there, Nhiayee assessed the problem and explained that the Freon was low indicated by the dry, refrigeration line. After giving the outside unit a cleaning and flushing and filling the unit with Freon which was necessary due to the advanced age of the system. Page and Nhiayee advised that it would take several hours to get the temperature back to an acceptable level and that we should be comfortable going forward. I thanked them both and they were on their way to satisfy more customers. Thanks again for everything and we are appreciative of the quality of service and the kind and personable employees who work for Airco. Continued success to you exponentially.

Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door.
