Tony was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The pricing was comparable to another estimate we received, but we are confident that these windows are better quality and will last longer. They included a fix for a hole in our siding without trying to upsell us for all new siding. We ordered in October and the manufacturer had our windows ready for installation in December. The crew that came out were so friendly and very respectful of our home. Scheduling the installation, painting, cleanup, and finishing touches was a breeze. The winter weather did make it difficult for the crew to clean up nails and debris on the outside, but they did come back when it was warmer to clean up. It was a mess. I carefully researched companies that did exterior work. I ultimately chose Olson on the basis of their reputation of doing high-quality work. Shortly thereafter I met with the project manager (Joe H) and he was helped me get the colors and materials picked and ordered and the project was underway. When the install day arrived, I was introduced two a 2-man work crew that would be handling the bulk of the work. In the course slightly more than a week, they totally rebuilt the full exterior of my home. The results are amazing and the home feels new again! Two things really stood out to me and my experience with Olson. 1). The work ethic of that two-man crew. They worked as hard as anyone I have ever seen. Except for lunch, work was non-stop from sunrise to sunset. This was hard and grueling work, especially the demolition of the old siding and stone fascia. They showed up every day like clockwork, and cleaned up after each day. 2). The quality of work they demonstrated. They absolutely knew what they were doing, and they were very good at it. Everything was installed true, level, without gaps, etc. Caulk lines were perfect etc. Everywhere they worked you could see the pride in what they do, and it was very clear there were no shortcuts taken. These two gentlemen were expert craftsman and I can gratefully say my house now reflects that. It turned out more beautiful than I'd ever imagined. I have never nor will ever receive any compensation for this review. My sole motivation for writing is to share the positive experience I had with Olson. Finding a trustworthy company for a project of this size and investment is daunting. Olson, especially their work crew, deserves recognition for a job well done. I can recommend them without hesitation for their quality work and attention to detail. They should be proud of their accomplishments, and I am proud of it too.

First we started with asking Yelp for help to find roofing contractors for a residential roof…read morerepair. We had moss growing on part of our roof where the sun did not shine most of the year. The moss was forcing some of our shingles to buckle. We also inherited two large areas that were 'repaired' at some point in the past, and those repairs were near failure. Fast forward a bit and we received four estimates for a roof replacement/ updated roof system from different contractors. UV Exteriors' estimate was the most competitively priced by far. We decided to have both the roof on our house and our garage replaced. Overall the sales process was very informative and helpful to us making a decision on our roof; we liked the salespeople from UV Exteriors. The shingles that we had on our roof were apparently called 3-tab shingles and all of the estimating companies stated that they either don't install them or manufacturers no longer make them. So we opted for an upgraded shingle with relief. Our new shingles have copper imbedded in them which prevents the growth of moss. The shingles also have a 50-year warranty, which is a big plus. The UV Exteriors crew arrived sometime before 8am, and they got to work right away. A complete tear-off, and a new installation took a single day by the crew. The crew was kind! Most importantly the installation was wonderfully done AND the mess that a roof tear-off creates was completely managed by the crew. We have not found a single errant shingle, nail, piece of plastic or other debris in our yard or our neighbor's yard. The roofing crew did an amazing job! We appreciate the great job that UV Exteriors did by installing our new roof system, and we highly recommend this roofing company to you!

Colton worked with my insurance company to get our job covered (we had hail damage), meaning I didn't have to do all of the back and forth with the adjusters. The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the…read morefollowing week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now. I can't wait until it rains!!
