Spend the extra $ and go to Apple and have it repaired right. I needed a new screen and had it replaced here; about 3 weeks later I cleaned the phone with some water/alcohol and some leaked into the phone and wrecked the phone, so I went back with my receipt and told him what happened. It sounded like he was going to replace it for free but then when he was done putting on the new screen he said it was another $110. I told him the phone was water resistant before and he showed me the paper he has everyone sign; however, he doesn't tell you the phone is no longer water resistant when the screen is replaced, and he also, conveniently, doesn't give you a copy of the waiver you sign, just a receipt. He started yelling at me when I told him he should let customers know this info and that he should give everyone a copy of the waiver and some sort of instruction. He doesn't speak very good English, but I could tell he understood me, and he also conveniently was pretending to fix it, but sprung a new $110 bill on me after he replaced the screen. Rip-off artist. Go elsewhere where you get some instruction and a better repair. read more
