Juan and his team are amazing! I opened a yelp inquiry for painters to paint my property in preparation for renting. Juan was one of the first people to respond to my inquiry and it was so easy to book with him to show the property and discuss what I needed done. I had received a few other quotes and Juan was very well priced. Him and his team did an amazing job! They had to fill in some patchwork on the walls as well as color match my ~1200 sq ft home including the garage. There was also old wallpaper that needed to be removed and the wall repainted. I also had just got new floors installed (yes, I know I should've had the painting done before installing the new floors, but woops my fault) and Juan and his team took such great care to prep the floors so paint wouldn't get on it. Wow! Juan is worth his weight in gold! I submitted a paint project here on Yelp and 5 painters responded. I proceeded to get several quotes. I selected Juan because he offered the best pricing. I have to say we are so happy with the work that he did. My projects kind of grew, Juan was very accommodating and would update the quote each time that I added something new to the job. Juan showed up every morning on time for two weeks. He was able to repair walls, garage doors and ceilings. He's highly skilled when it comes to carpentry and painting. Side note, my dogs loved him! We felt comfortable leaving while Juan was working and he would let the dogs out if they acted like they needed to go outside. Juan and his small group were truly excellent! It started with his communication. He arrived when scheduled for an informative "estimate". I had told him that we had some painting to do and other "stuff" that I was trying to accomplish in my 21 year old home. He looked at each of the initial 3 projects I asked him about and offered estimates on two of the three. He was quick to get back to me with an accurate estimates and I felt he understood exactly what I wanted and was willing to work with my schedule. He showed up when he said he would and kept my informed of the progress. I had others who came by, but he was the only one willing to estimate additional projects.
