Overall they did a good job on the paint and they were quick but there were some misunderstandings with pricing and what exactly would be done so I recommend getting everything in writing with them. For example, I found out later that my entire bathroom had wallpaper, and they painted over it instead of removing, so that section does not look the best. I figured prep work like removing wallpaper would have been included but he told me it would be extra (after the fact) because of how much work it is. Also don't expect a complete cleanup, for example we had them replace a few baseboards and they just left them in the back yard and when I asked if they were going to take them, they said they don't take trash. Wow...can I say it again, Wow! This has been the best experience anyone could ask for. It's always hard to hire any company to do major work on your property. However, this company was so good, it is hard to describe. Let me share our experience. We called the Esteban group, and they came right away for a free estimate. We thanked him for coming but liked the estimate he offered. We then looked around for several other estimates. We decided the Esteban group was the way to go. We appreciated his honesty from the minute we first met. Started on Tuesday, and they finished on Thursday. Worked on adverage 8 and a half hours. From the start, they were on time and extremely respectful towards our property. They were also very careful not to let our pets get out while gates were open. Polite and diligently worked...so well and quite. No loud conversations or loud music, just wonderful. The work was organized and presicise. I would check on them, and you could see from the job that they took pride in their work. From the power wash to the stucco repair to the primer, then paint....just awesome. No mess, and what was laid out for protection of our property was picked up and cleaned up at the end of their work day. The fantastic job was noticed by neighbors driving by as they stopped and asked for his business cards. The paint job they did on our house is absolutely beautiful. In the end, when the job was finished, we did a walk around flawless, and yes, a couple of things needed touched, but nothing major. Once again, they did an excellent job.
