Had 2 other bids but Oscar's knowledge about the painting process impressed my wife and I as he answered all of our questions, he agreed to what we wanted(primer then satin sheen on stucco for easier cleanup) and his price was fair which included priming the stucco first plus more painting was involved including 2 gates, small retaining walls in the backyard, etc. No need to look further, give Oscar a call and you won't be disappointed! I needed my whole interior painted (~1,200 sq ft). I had about 6 painting companies come out to give quotes and Preeminent Painting was one of the lowest. What made me decide to go with them, however, was the questions he asked and the attention he paid to what I said I wanted. It seemed like he truly wanted me to be happy with the final product, not just going through the motions to complete a job. The two guys who were in charge of my project were punctual and on task all 4 days they were at my house. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was prepped correctly, then put back where it was. I told them I had just gotten my wood floors refinished, so please move the furniture carefully, and they were very good about doing that, which I appreciated. There was a slight miscommunication about the sheen I wanted in the kitchen and bathrooms, but a phone call cleared that up easily and quickly.
