I used Preeminent Painting for my exterior paint project. I had several estimates coming into my project, and Preeminent Painting was by far the lowest and most reasonable. Preeminent Painting started the job on a Tuesday and completed it on a Friday that same week. The job included patching stucco, removing and re-stuccoing a doggie door, and sealing cracks. They also sanded down and repainted to old rocking chairs and a small table. Preeminent Painting completed the job well above my expectations. The quality of the work was truly amazing. I would highly recommend Preeminent Painting for your painting needs. read more

Preeminent Painting did an AMAZING job!! I submitted a quote via Yelp and Preeminent Painting was the first company to respond. I needed a quote to have the front door of my house painted. Other painters wanted to come by within a couple of days, to see the door before they could give me a quote. Preeminent Painting asked me to send them a picture of the door, the dimensions of the door and the color code of the paint I wanted. I received a very reasonable quote within 30 mins. A painter from Preeminent Painting was at my house a couple of days later. The painter was on time, professional, quick and very efficient!!! Amazing job!!! I'm so happy with my door, I definitely would recommend Preeminent Painting!! read more

Oscar and his crew(Alfredo and 2 other guys) did an excellent job painting the exterior of my 2 storey house! Had 2 other bids but Oscar's knowledge about the painting process impressed my wife and I as he answered all of our questions, he agreed to what we wanted(primer then satin sheen on stucco for easier cleanup) and his price was fair which included priming the stucco first plus more painting was involved including 2 gates, small retaining walls in the backyard, etc. No need to look further, give Oscar a call and you won't be disappointed! They do quality A+ work! read more

Great price and easy to work with. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after. I had the complete outside one story 4 different colors with doors and trim. I will definitely use them again. read more

I needed my whole interior painted (~1,200 sq ft). I had about 6 painting companies come out to give quotes and Preeminent Painting was one of the lowest. What made me decide to go with them, however, was the questions he asked and the attention he paid to what I said I wanted. It seemed like he truly wanted me to be happy with the final product, not just going through the motions to complete a job. The two guys who were in charge of my project were punctual and on task all 4 days they were at my house. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was prepped correctly, then put back where it was. I told them I had just gotten my wood floors refinished, so please move the furniture carefully, and they were very good about doing that, which I appreciated. There was a slight miscommunication about the sheen I wanted in the kitchen and bathrooms, but a phone call cleared that up easily and quickly. This company was a pleasure to do business with and my house looks beautiful. read more

Oscar and his team did an excellent job painting the fascia, wooden posts, patio cover beams, and door frames of my house. When I requested a quote on Yelp several days ago, Oscar was the first one to respond and the first one to come to give me the estimate. Moreover, his quote was the best among the four quotes I received from different painting companies. Today Oscar's team came around 8am and completed the job around 4pm. All the wooden posts were nicely patched and the painting job was professionally done. Highly recommended! read more

I can't rave enough about Oscar and his crew. I got 3 bids and his was significantly lower so I chose them after checking his reviews. They painted my complete house - in and out! They protected floors and windows plus there was great communication. They not only painted but did a few repairs along the way and cleaned up after themselves. I am keeping his number because I will only use him going forward! Thank you Oscar! Faye read more

Preeminent Painting/Oscar did everything we asked. They painted the whole interior of our 2600 sqft home: including the cabinets. They weren't the least expensive, but they were full service and remembered to handle every detail. they were super clean, neat, and respectful of us/our home (it was occupied by us). When my wife noticed something was missed, more often than not, it turned out it was planned for another day. When my wife noticed something she forgot to mention, the change was accepted and handled with ease. I can recommend Preeminent Painting/Oscar without reservation. read more

I went through YELP and set up to have my new home's trim repainted. I had to be the one to reach out on two occasions to reschedule due to the weather. The last interaction when they wanted to change the date was not convenient because we were going to be out of town, I never heard back from them. What a bummer! I really wanted to work with them. read more

I had a great experience. Very professional. Was helpful and met all my expectations. My house looks like a completely new house. Oscar and his crew are certain on my recall list. I had them laughing because the first owner had so many different colors it was like living in a Big Top. They painted all my wood trim, and the pop-outs, and matched my door with the shutters with all new matching colors. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. The wife and I are extremely happy with the work that was done. And the price was reasonable. The fact that they do a lot of houses in this area they were familiar with what the association requires. That was one reason I chose them besides the price. Someone tried to charge my double for what they did and I'm like, what did you see that Oscar did see? It was a very simple order, trim, pop-outs, door, and shutters. Not the entire house! LOL Thank you so much guys! read more
