Mike & his team did an amazing job with repainting my home. Mike was available within 24 hours of me calling to get an estimate & came in priced below my other 2 choices so it was a no brainer to go with him. He was much more knowledgeable than the other 2 companies during the estimate as well which led to me choosing MB Painting. Mike and his team have been absolutely wonderful with their flexibility and communication. Last month, I met with Mike to discuss paint options for our home after our HOA requested an update on our stucco. He went over colors I had in mind and made some suggestions on how we were able to cut some costs by using lighter colors, which would require fewer coats. Mike provided us with hai licensing number and a detailed quote, and I told him I would be in contact in a few weeks following approval of the color scheme from our HOA. I contacted Michael for a quote and the number he gave me was as low or lower than any of the other 12 businesses I contacted, but he used a higher quality paint (Sherwin Williams). So, I decided to hire his business to paint the game room in my house. It was important that the paint used was non reflective and dark for media viewing reasons. Although I told him I was okay with a flat black paint, he brought multiple samples of other colors and even painted them on the wall for me to see what they looked like. It was an extra step that was not even something I asked for so I really appreciated it. In the end, the room looked flawless and Michael and his crew were very friendly and efficient. What Mike did, that other contractors did not, was to itemize and price out every single piece of work that he could do. We weren't initially sure how much of the downstairs we would have painted. But with an itemized "menu" we could easily pick and choose what to have done. And in the end we went with all of it, because his prices were pretty fair compared against other estimates. He came over on the day of work to review again what we wanted done, then introduced his crew and they got to work. They taped down and covered everything. They fixed up dents and others wall imperfections before painting, and they were pretty much done with our entire downstairs by day 1. Day 2, they spent a couple hours applying a second coat and cleaning everything up - then they were finished. They worked much faster than I expected, and left our home feeling new and in good shape. Mike came in to double check the work and point out an area or two for his crew to spruce up, then labeled the remaining paint to leave with us for any future touch ups. MB Painting did solid work and I'm happy with the end result. I definitely recommend them. Mike responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I reached out on Saturday, he was here on Monday to give me a quote and the crew started that Wednesday. He was able to do the job to paint all of our interior doors and trim the same week due to rain that would impact an exterior job. I found MB Painting through Home Depot. It was very easy and quick to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. When I decided to go with Mike and his company, his crew was able to come out to my residence the same week and finish on Christmas Eve. I had the main areas of the interior of my home painted. The crew only needed a day and a half to fix the areas that had holes or were scratched badly due to dogs. The paint job was excellent. Used MB Painting to paint the exterior or my house which included the trim and garage doors. Mike came out and gave me a quote that was reasonable and on par with other quotes we got, however we picked him because he was prompt and seemed very genuine. We scheduled a time for him to come out and his crew showed up and had our house painted in two days, first day to pressure wash and prep and second day to paint. I got a referral from a friend of mine to use Mike for our painting needs. We needed the inside and outside done to our new house and called several people to get quotes. We got the standard quotes of $1.50 - $2.00 a square foot for the inside and out. For a house thats almost 4000 sq feet, the price was out of control, until we called Mike. Mike came in and was upfront and honest with his pricing. He walked us through his process of painting and insured us all the stucco and wood would be repaired and repainted. But that isn't where I was impressed. Like most men on the planet, we are accompanied by women who change or alter their taste on a daily, sometimes hourly basis. Mike was able to come in and lock my better half down on some colors. Once that was done, the prep and paint started. Based on the fact we are not the most artistic people, the colors we chose blended a lot in the sun light. This provided no accents to the exterior of the house and we needed something different to help "pop" the color of the house. Mike's "if you're not happy, I'm not happy" attitude allowed us to choose another color at no additional cost. Once we finally got the paint scheme right, the paint was done in a couple of day. After the guys were done painting, Mike's quality control was that to the likings of the pickiest of perfectionists. Every line was straight, every baseboard was clean, no drips on the carpet or tile. Just perfect. I can tell you I have never been happier with the quality of service and flat out care for the customer as I have been with Mike, his manager Robert, and their crew.
