After recently incurring a flood in my Williamsburg apartment, I found myself challenged to be able…read moreto restore it the way I wanted to be able to, as I found myself underinsured and stretched thinner than I wanted to be when contemplating such a daunting project. Fortunately for me, my public adjuster, William Lehr, whose much more knowledgable and experienced in such matters, told me that for him, there was really only one place to go and that was Coline in Flushing. He assured me that the quality would be excellent and to give it a go. Well, I took his advice and today I could not be happier. Upon arrival, I met Ace, one of their top sales/design specialists and within a short period of time I felt truly at ease and we were able to thoughtfully and mindfully put together a design plan that, after execution, has far exceeded my hopes and expectations. Coline's gloss cabinets were the nicest I had seen and their MCI quartz has much nicer tones and veins than that used by friends of mine who went to designer outlets and paid so much more for less. I really felt that Ace and the Coline team really cared about the quality of their service and therefore I cannot recommend Coline and Ace enough to anyone who wants great quality and value in their home restoration...

They placed the cabinets in my garage (we installed them). I scheduled to have the kitchen measured for countertops. The gentleman arrived on time to measure. Very professional company. I would highly recommend.

We were at a countertop showroom in Brooklyn near Ikea. Unfortunately, they had limited options,…read moreeven far less than Ikea. We were settling on a white marble or grey quartz which the store didn't have in stock. It would take at least a week to do the custom order for delivery. They suggested to check in Queens, particularly College Point and Flushing where most countertop and cabinet showrooms are located. We came across Tiger Woods, coincidentally since we were parked right in front. The store's showcase is small. However, it's impressive enough that it gives you a general idea of what they offer. There is also a good selection of cabinets, sink, hardware, etc. The sales staff are phenomenal. They will give you recommendations based on your needs or wants. The guy that helped us sketched the sink layout and precise measurements to ensure a perfect cut for the countertop. I had to deduct a star due to an issue with their delivery service. Otherwise, it would had been a 4 since they were an excellent choice. We were told, they would call us a day ahead to arrange for the delivery time. Unfortunately, no one did from the store. Apparently, the same guy that assisted with the countertop was off on Wednesday. I'm now being told at 8am on a Thursday that their driver is 15-20 minutes away. This was extremely unprofessional on their part. Countertops are extremely heavy and requires at least two ppl to lift into the house. He assured me that it was under 6 foot so it should be doable. If only he was actually there in person to lift it. It was like lifting a giant slab of concrete! The driver was not happy about lifting it inside my home. This was even after I offered to tip him. Overall, I would recommend them for their service and selection. However, I would strongly suggest to call and re-check on their delivery schedule.

Usually I go to IKEA to look at kitchen set ups and showrooms for inspiration but Downtown Flushing…read morenear College Point Blvd has some great showrooms. It's near a Home Depot which is convenient if you need any home restoration supplies. The showroom was clean and had updated, modern kitchen designs which I liked. The consultants were helpful and were there to answer any questions. I have the sea green tiles that they had on display but will change them in the future to match new marble countertops. The consultant stations had clear screens so they could discuss pricing and other options in a safe manner. They have a large variety of options for cabinets and tiling so it was nice to go through their endless amounts of samples.

The workers here were very patient, honest, and kind despite us going back and forth on what we wanted since there were so many options. There are more choices than displayed in their showroom (I didn't know they also carried shower heads) and they have a circular that may lead to more inspiration for your home. After picking out everything, they quickly crunched out a quote and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. We looked at a few other spots down College Point Blvd and they all turned out to be more expensive than here by quite a margin. Overall, the process was very smooth and quick and the quality of the material was on-point. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend anyone looking to remodel their kitchen and bathroom to come here.
