I decided to call this shop due to their outstanding Yelp reviews. Before heading to the shop I called and made sure they had availability. Although they are booked up a couple of weeks out, they advised me they could do it same day but I would have to drop it off for the majority of the day. He also gave me plenty of other helpful information and warranty information over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly smiles. They guys working were super helpful, made recommendations, and answered every question and concern I had. He assured they would treat the vehicle as if it was their own and actually thanked me for trusting them with this project. As left they called me an 2 hours later and informed me they were done! Best TINT shop in TV! I reached out to them thru yelp and got a response within a few hours. Scheduled my appointment and Fernando was responsive to all my questions thru texts. He even sent me pictures of different shades so I can decide which shade to go, since my wife was the one that dropped off the car. It only took 2.5 hours which was a plus. I also did reached to other tint shop but there quote was the cheapest for ceramic. When I got home from work that day, I inspected the car and it was done flawlessly. This was the perfect "Bada-Bing Bada-Boom" process. BADA: I requested window tinting quotes for my 2020 Dodge Challenger through Yelp. A PERFECT SHADE responded with what I felt was the best price. (It also helped being able to see so many pics of their work on their Yelp page.) BING: I called and they were able to schedule me for an appointment just two days later. BADA: On the morning of my appointment, another client apparently cancelled so A Perfect Shade called to see if I wanted to come in earlier. I did. BOOM: I arrived 15 minutes early. They immediately took my car. They were polite but business-like and the facility was clean and cool. A little more than an hour later, I had 15% ceramic tint all around. I paid. Shook hands. Came here a couple months back when quarantine was in full effect & still experienced the best service I could possibly receive. I had wanted to tint the windows of my car (4-door Honda sedan) for a quite a long time. After a long period of research, reviews of service & pricing, I was finally made aware of this location. They're pretty busy so be sure to call in to ask for a quote & for scheduling (you'll likely have to wait a few days for an open spot). Both the managers were friendly & accommodating, answering any questions I had since it was my first time getting windows tinted. On the day of my appointment, they actually called & told me they could schedule me in a couple hours earlier, & on top of that they finished the job about an hour earlier than expected. They provided instructions on what to do the first week after so you don't ruin the tint & also offer a life time warranty as well. I was so impressed that I even drove my mom's car all the way from Diamond Bar here to get her windows tinted, which was not a short drive by any means. Just be aware that the pricing of the tint depends per car, but based on my research, is still the cheapest rate I managed to find. Highly recommend coming here for all your tinting needs, no matter where you are in SoCal. read more

Overpriced. I wouldn't come back or recommend after encountering with Armando. I first dealt with Fernando prior conversation in regards to pricing but when I arrived for my appointment, he wasn't there and that's when pricing start to change. If this and that kind of pricing. I normally don't like to haggle and I wish it is honest. Not like calling me while I'm driving on the road and try to give me another price point. I understand the price increase due to inflation but don't get greedy. I even bought 2 cases of beer for my appreciation (Fernando) from last visit. But I felt my kindness was taken advantage of and I'm not sure I will be coming back. Update: first of all, I have not spoken to you prior. As for informing you about old tint, it was informed to Fernando in 2020 and 2022. As far as your explanation about inflation, inflation has increased 9% but your price reflected more 25%. Secondly, when I asked about difficulty to remove the old tint, it was not (stated by Armando), I know you are being defensive, and I get that. As far the tint wasn't from Walmart nor Amazon. It is reputable manufacturer. Lastly, if I was technician, and noticed the gap, I would of inform the customer and give option to replace the tint etc. You are trying to be political correct by saying I'm a good customer, but trying rebuttal instead of rectifying the issues. It is internal issues and what I stated is correctly and truth. Like I said before, your communication needs work, Fernando is the one whom I dealt with but different person shows up, and now you are here defending what I said.
