By the looks of the reviews this is a horrible company. I was behind this bus the other day and it had so much smog coming out of it I had to shut off my AC and roll up the windows until I could get around it. At one point you couldn't even see the bus bc of the smog. I hope they're due for a smog check this year bc they're polluting the bay like crazy.

Bus # A1599 almost hit me on the side! There was a merging lane and my car was WAY in front than his/hers. They went in really fast which made me have to break on the merging lane and almost get hit from the back and by this bus on my side. I was going to let it go but decided to research this company because i never seen them before and saw they are all bad reviews about bad drivers!!! If you want a company to succeed than do something about the drivers. That's my 2 cents. Thank you.

    Bad driver

Bus driver almost totaled my car, cut right in front of my car when I was halfway past the oversized bus. Horrible drivers.

Driving north on 101 today. Bus was in the fast lane going 70 mph. No way I'd want to be on that bus.

I recently joined a 5D4N Yellowknife Canada trip to see the Auroras with Terrence's tour company…read more We had a rough start when Air Canada delayed our flight for more than 6 hrs. Thank God Terrence was with us in SFO to rearrange our flights to Yellowknife. When we stayed overnight in Vancouver, Terrence gave us a good recommendation for Dim Sum breakfast. It was the best Dimsum!! After we arrived Yellowknife, we had an amazing experience. We saw amazing auroras on all 3 nights! Terrence had a very good guide Helen for us in Yellowknife and then we had an amazing guide Linda taking us out during the nights to chase the lights. Overall, I could tell Terrence takes good ownership in caring for all his clients. On the day of our departure from Yellowknife, Terrence actually sent us off at our hotel, knowing that he barely had any sleep after the previous night of chasing the lights with us! I will highly Terrence for any trips you may be interested in.

Thanks to him that we could relax for the entirety of our trip, as he took care of many things, from transportation to local food recommendations. We were able to have tons of unique experiences and a smooth vacation because of Terrence, who was always friendly, kind, and accommodating. The flexibility of having a private tour was very helpful, especially when having children who might want to stay longer at a certain location, which is something one can't do when you are part of a group tour. Me and my family highly recommend looking into Terrence if you are planning on going on a vacation soon!

Colma is my favorite BART station to park at and take the train into the city coming from San Jose…read morewhen I don't want to take public transportation all the way from the South Bay. The parking garage is big and always has a multitude of spots, oftentimes right across from the station entryway which is conveniently directly attached to the garage. Take a short escalator down and you're right in the center of the station. It's 10-20 minutes on BART into SF (depending where you're going) from Colma, avoiding city driving and expensive parking without having too much of a ride in and back. On the weekdays parking is $3 through the BART app (prefill your car information to avoid getting held up) and free on weekends and holidays. Relatively clean and easy to navigate station. There's a machine you can purchase Clipper cards at or refill your card without hassle, check the fare calculator but for a non-discounted ride to Civic Center in SF it's $4.50 at the moment one way. Red and yellow lines frequently stop here, though you will have to transfer at another station for other lines. Just an all around nicely maintained station that I recommend especially if you are parking and riding into the city and are looking for an easy experience.

PARKING ($3) The parking garage fills up a little after…read more9:00AM Monday to Thursday. On Mondays it is definitely the heaviest day; you should probably come by 8:30AM to secure a spot. Fridays less people go to work less of a rush there. Reserved parking on the first and second floors become available after 10:00AM, if your job allows you could plan to come later in the morning to get those parking spots (which are closer to the BART entrance too). Lots of bird poop in certain spots, so beware! Be careful around the turns, you might not see a car coming from the other direction. They do check for parking/payments often here. I see them checking cars often in the mornings. Word of advice to the BART parking checkers though...don't check cars in a parking section that isn't full yet since people are still pulling in. Once I got a ticket maybe 45 seconds after I parked. I paid for parking 30 seconds after the ticket was given to me. (I didn't see it until the evening). It was just annoying that I then needed to spend my time to fight the ticket. Get a EZRider account so you can pay with Clipper Card. If the parking garage fills up the Samtrans parking lot is across the street, also for $3. They accept credit cards as well. Longer walk to get to the station but at least you got a parking spot! ATTENDANTS The attendants are very pleasant and always willing to answer my random questions about parking or losing an item! BATHROOMS Often 1 will be out-of-order. The other bathroom exists for emergencies but the last 2 times I went there was no soap :( THE STATION Also a lot of bird poop recently. On weekday mornings trains to SF come every 7 minutes, so you're never waiting for too long. If you go one more spot North (Daly City) the trains come even more often, but their parking lot fills up way too early. Depending on what train you catch, you may get a seat. In the 8-8:30AM time range there is more people. By 9:00AM you could get a seat in the Antioch line, but maybe not the Richmond line since a lot of commuters get on the train in Millbrae. LOCATION Good location directly off the 280 freeway. Cheap gas stations nearby. In&Out nearby.

I don't know entirely how this company functions. I believe itour is the people that book the trips…read moreand social limousine is the company they use for their cars/ drivers. Regardless I will write a review here since they were my main contact for my trip. First of all it was pretty difficult to get someone on the phone to speak with. Email is the way to go I guess. I paid for the trip on my credit card then was told that I would need to pay for the tip separately-- ok fine. I gave the driver my card to swipe in case of any extra charges and off we went. We made sure to print out detailed directions with maps to make it super easy for the driver. We wanted to hit up 4 wineries but knew this may be a stretch. First our deal said it would include 2 champagne bottles and cheese & crackers. We only had one bottle. That's it...Fine, fine we'll buy some bottles at the winery. Also the radio wasn't working so we had to stop to fix it before hitting the freeway. Stop 1 went smoothly. After we got back into the limo I legit thought I was going to pass out. The a/c was turned off and we had warm air blowing throughout. Had to ask the driver to keep the a/c running at stop 2, which he did. Then things went downhill. Our driver got lost between stop 2 and 3. My friend (Angelina E.) caught the driver's error and informed him that we were driving the exact opposite way of the winery (which we had passed on our way to stop 1--so how the heck did he get lost??!). Also we gave him directions on how to get to each location so for the driver to get lost is absurd. He turned around and passed the winery again!!! Made another u-turn then turned into the winery next door to the one we were trying to go to. At this point my trip was ruined and I was furious!!! I feel as though he was trying to take advantage of my group because we had been drinking. Fortunately we are all very aware and are not a group to be screwed over. After finally making it to stop 3 we spoke to our driver and told him that we would not be paying the extra late fee since he was in the wrong which he agreed to. After stop 3 it was time to go home-- where we hit insane traffic because of a nascar race. We would NOT have hit this traffic had we not gotten lost for a half hour. Finally home, I handed the driver a check for the tip in order to have a paper trail of it. Then the driver informed me he would be charging my card a late fee despite the fact that he was at fault for us being late. He verbally attacked us and sped off. I immediately got on the phone with itour and left a voicemail detailing the awfulness of the trip. Days later I check my bank statement to see that my card was charged $305. Are you kidding me?!!!! I finally got a hold of a rep at itour after emailing and calling over 7 times. He told me part of the charge was for the tip...ummm wait a sec, I gave the driver a check for the tip!!! He said he would look into it, and I got a call from Social Limousine a few days later. I spoke to a rep from this company who said he would refund me. To this day I still haven't seen a refund. Thank God I put this on a credit card that has great dispute resolution. I wish I could've trusted this company. It all seemed so promising. Please do your research before booking any limo company.

NO ONE SHOULD EVER EVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!…read more My girlfriends and I had a limo booked for this past Sunday to go on a wine tour in Sonoma. The limo driver texted my friend the day before to confirm the time and address which he had correct. When the time came, no one showed up... we called, texted, everything possible. We were completely screwed and hadn't heard a word. By now all of us are upset, our reservations were screwed and we were scrambling for a plan b. Thankfully we found a fantastic limo service who gave us an exemplary experience who we will be using again. itours must be an absolute scam and I warn all of you, DO NOT DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!! Not only did they screw up our day, but they got between my friends and wine... not a smart thing to do. I hope that those of you wanting a limo for a special event have a better experience than we did.
