Plenty of parking spaces due to the large parking structure and overflow parking lot next to Serra Bowl. When it opened, it was a relief since it took a lot of commuters that usually went to the Daly City BART Station and alleviated a lot of the congestion there. This location is very convenient since it's close to everything, and also a good walking distance from where da wifey works. But think about this: This is in Colma, where there are more dead people than living. The tunnel goes underground to where the cemeteries are located. Think about it and let it marinate for a second.

About 70 people waiting in the cold rain to pay for the Samstran parking. These machines only take cash.

I love the idea of taking public transit and saving the Earth. But this station makes it really hard to do so. Taking the Bart is much more expensive than I had anticipated. Its almost $10 each day for me to go from Daly City to downtown SF with parking. Ecks! The Bart station is really outdated. They really need to spend some money on his place. It boggles my mind how they can charge so much and not keep this place up. There is always something broken here. Leaky roof, escalators that won't work, elevators that are out of service, ticketing machines are down, etc. Its a nightmare. If the parking lot is full, and it does get full if you come after 9am, then you can park down at the SamsTran parking but those machines are also broken all the time so you have to wait at least 15 minutes to pay. Then you have to walk across a long bridge to the Bart station. This station is also pretty gross. There is bird poo everywhere and feathers all over the place. I always have to watch my step to avoid rusty old puddles that look like mini swamps. I really hope they make improvements soon.

This BART station should set the standard. It's clean, safe with plenty of parking.

The BART attendants in the booth are always so nice! And there is always parking here even when I'm late for work.

I am not alone either, as others have praised it for its Brutalism. The style is not one I favor generally. The Embarcadero, which isn't even pure Brutalism, displays its flaws. It is deliberately off putting and inspiring of human distress. Or if not intentional then with reckless disregard of the needs of most persons for an assurance they are welcomed and valued. The architectural school, however, is enjoying a renaissance because of how it photographs. The massed concrete and simple forms look great and even profound rendered as social media squares the size of thumbnails. The discipline is evident. The John Wick like commitment to a vision more or less indifferent to emotional yearnings for a sense of community. If you have any interest, then, in seeing a magnificent example of the maligned movement, this is worth a stop. If you are a street photographer, it is a half hour well spent. But if you are just commuting back and forth, it is another station in a vast system. As they go, it performs its function. A work friend was shocked to learn people review anything other than restaurants on this platform. I regard it as a good use of Yelp to do so. Perhaps this will help out an aspiring architect or a photographer with this interest.

I've ridden BART plenty of times before. Usually it's crowded, sometimes a little grimy, but it gets the job done. This time, though, I was honestly surprised. The SF International Airport station felt clean, organized, and surprisingly calm. Maybe was because it was Saturday? Who knows. Either way, the whole ride felt easy and peaceful -- a really nice way to head home after an emotional airport goodbye.

There are 3 major lines to transverse between NorCal area - yellow, red and blue. The BART is clean and most people respect and follows the rules of "no eating or drinking". I also like now each exits are cornered off in plexiglass....previously it was wide opened so you see a couple local people (mostly teenagers or young adults ) jumping over the turnstiles to avid paying the fares.
