Her name calling, character attacks, and return to my review even 10 days ago have proven that indeed I made the correct assessment. I understand things happen, and as I stated in my reply that I felt bad she was sick. I had no way of knowing that, because she never responded or created a message. I actually would have changed my review had she reached out and explained. But that was not her choice response. She called me names, she implied I was a person who had no empathy or compassion. She continues to return to my original post and makes or other one-touch comments. A person like this isn't somebody I would ever want in my personal space, let alone touching me. Just so you know... I don't care how many 5 stars she has from people, you don't attack people. I would suggest people don't make a bad review because they'll hear about it!

I wish the other employees outside of the massage room were quiet during the massage. I could hear their conversations while I was receiving my massage and feel that is disrespectful to the client receiving the massage. But that is my only complaint. No complaints about Karina and she was careful to take into account my sensitivity to smells and made sure to use products that were unscented. Plus she used lotion and not oil, so when leaving I didn't feel like I was covered in oil (I don't like that oily feeling). Her prices also can't be beat. I may have to make this a weekly treat for myself!!! I appreciated the time she took to sit with me first to discuss health issues and also what I wanted pressure wise and where I wanted her to focus. So absolutely YES!! When my boyfriend wanted to schedule a message for me, I said it had to be Erin. She had been friends with my daughter in HS and I was proud of her for what she had been doing with her life. I really wasn't sure what to expect though and thought that our knowing each other might make me feel more uncomfortable, but it didn't. Erin was so friendly and professional I felt completely at ease. The room at the salon was relaxing and comfortable with a homey atmosphere, gentle relaxing music played.
