A week prior to my appointment I emailed to cancel, texted, and called and spoke with someone over the phone twice to cancel my appointment. I couldn't get in to see Maryann unfortunately but i did set an appointment up with Rosa for acupressure massage. Let me tell you i was seriously skeptical bc my back pain and sciatic Nerve pain was so intense and the massage was very basic with touching on different points on my body but as soon as it was over i was completely relaxed and when i woke up the next day my pain had completely dissipated. I have been seeing Maryann and Linda for Bowen Therapy, twice a month, since August 2019. I have Neuropathy and Asthma. I was told that I would progress from a cane, to a walker, to a wheelchair. I am still only on the cane. I don't think I my condition will progress to a walker. For me the therapy keeps me walking, and walking fairly well. Also I usually have at least 4 Asthma attacks per year that require Urgent Care treatment. I have gone through this winter with not one asthma attack. For me this therapy is a miracle. I come from Stockton to see MaryAnn or Linda. What a godsend for me and my health. read more

Best massage in Modesto. I've gone to a few places, usually start with a groupon but deal or not, MaryAnn has given me 200% service. Amazing massage, doesn't charge extra to go deeper, love her personality but she is also good about keeping the convo light when I start to get relaxed. I've had a few prenatal massages too and she is just as amazing! She books out pretty far out for later, more convenient appt's but if you're willing to wait she'll do an after work appt which is amazing. MaryAnn is a great massage therapist. She is a professional at what she does. Her techniques are great and you can tell that she was trained well. I would love to go to MaryAnn but her appointments are too booked out and she is so busy that it is much to difficult for me to be able to book with her. I had purchased a groupon for her last year for a two pack. The first massage O booked a month ahead of time and the day of the massage I was not the one on her books. I was still able to get the massage. For the second massage I had to book two months out and had to cancel a week proior because of a funeral. Mary Ann is a skilled Bowen practitioner. I have been to many Bowen therapists over the years and Mary Ann is one of the best. Mary Ann has been doing Bowen on me weekly for the past 7 months helping me with my lower back pain, sciatica and neck pain. I'm an RN and I'm pretty beat up physically.
