After continued attempts to get a hold of Angela via phone and emails, I finally tried TEXTING Angela in November. I was happy to see a text response from her! but then baffled when I read her message. I've attempted to post screenshots of the text exchange but it appears only a portion is posting. In summary, Angela stated she felt she was harassed by me and would not respond to my bullying tactics. Again, I was dumbfounded. Ultimately, she refused to return our $100 deposit and went silent on us again. In hindsight, I should have noticed that most of the Yelp reviews are over a year old. I don't see any recent reviews which should have been a red flag. I hope Angela is able to improve her operations and customer experience as she is clearly talented at taking beautiful photos.

Angela took great care of us every step of the way, from making sure the baby is comfortable during the naked baby pictures, to making sure mom and dad look ready and stress-free for the family pictures. I'm extremely happy with how the pictures turned out and the grandparents are so in love with all the pictures. I went to the session hoping to get 2-3 good photos - instead, we now have a photo gallery full of photos that bring so much joy. The nurses were especially empathetic during such a scary time, and they took great care of my dad, even when he wasn't always the easiest patient due to the effects of the stroke.
