Check out the new pics! Home renovations. Who doesn't fear those words? I know I do! But, when we're partnered with amazing people like those over at Northlake Glass, anxiety becomes joy and freedom. One day installation, beautiful handiwork, super-high quality materials...and the staff? Forget about it, these folks were the absolute best to work with. From our first contact with the knowledgeable and polite, but most of all EXCITED FOR US, Tessa to the friendly, well represented installer crew, the whole process was a dream with which to be involved. I'm not used to DIY projects (we updated the bathroom ourselves) working out so well...not that I installed the shower doors myself, but the fact that everything works perfectly is amazing to this old wanna-be renovator. :) I wasn't intending for the beautiful work done by Northlake Glass to be such a prominent feature, but just look a the quality and luxurious feel of thick, real glass shower doors that not only look beautiful, but operate like they ride on butta and make me wanna shower more just to enjoy them! They never sent me the text, or email, so I called them again and they gave me the same song and dance and I said if they did not help me after their negligent business dealings I would take my business elsewhere. The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.

Steer clear of Ecoglass. They do very poor quality work and refuse to fix their mistakes. I had two…read moresliding shower door installed, one did not close all the way and was 3/4" above the tub, the other was very difficult to pull shut. When I called them back, I was treated rudely and the attempt to fix the leaking shower did not work. I ended up having to call another glass company in to fix the work that Ecoglass did. Seriously save yourself the headache and the expense and go elsewhere - I sure wish I had.

I replaced this windshield previously ~1-year ago when the technicians caused some damage to my…read morevehicle. The service department denied that they "worked" in that area, so I chalked-it-up to something not worth fighting... Now, when I called around to replace again, Safelite gave me a quote that was substantially cheaper, but I would have to wait a couple weeks to schedule... OK, I'd be willing to wait for the price difference; however, two days before the 2-week scheduled date, Safelite decided to up the price (because of OEM required glass, which they should have known from day 1), they decide they cannot hold their estimate. Basically, I waited 2-weeks (my time & money) to spend the same as the quotes provided from a local supplier.

I kicked up a stone with the weed wacker and broke the glass in my back door. Tom did a great job…read morereplacing it. Very nice guy. He responded quickly and stayed in good communication throughout the process. He came out to measure the glass and order the replacement. Then it took a while for the new glass to come in, but he kept me updated until it arrived. The installation was quick and very well done. Pricing seemed fair considering the materials involved and the level of service. I hope I won't need him again, but I won't hesitate to call him if I do. Highly recommended.

I will continue to let people know his team incorrectly installed my windows and did not make it right. Instead of a tempered glass window in my bathroom, I have one in my garage so if something happens to my 1 or 7 year old, the lawsuit to follow will be FAR worse than this yelp review. Buyer beware.
