Only got one month into services when Anthony Palmieri, the owner, left me a voicemail confirming services, then forgot to hang up the phone and proceeded to call me "f***king nuts" not once, but twice, and called his colleague Claudia over to continue to disparage me. My crime? Asking them to complete contracted services after noticing they hadn't completed them during the first service. I see Anthony often responds to negative reviews and gaslights the reviewer - let's see him do that when I have his bad behavior on voicemail. Anthony is deeply unprofessional, and his staff is equally rude. Hire any landscaper but this one. 0/10, would never recommend. read more

I recently hired A. Palmieri to totally replace my lawn (almost quarter acre) which eroded away. They delivered 36 yards of top soil, spread it, seeded. added lime and fertilizer, topped it with peat moss and hay. I also had them pave my driveway. I was a little apprehensive since the reviews were good and bad. They did an incredible job. They even did more than what was contracted. The crew was very polite, worked very hard and delivered beautiful results! Pricing for the project was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend them!! Always arrived early and left everything clean and in its place. They worked very hard despite the staggering heat and humidity. During the latest job they did for me, Rudy ended up climbing a tree to prune high branches away from the side of my dad's house. Ralph is a very NASTY person, He gave me a proposal with a set price on 2/24/17. I went to sign contract in August, and he told me he needed to revise the proposal. He revised the proposal to almost $3000 more. When I ask him why he increased the price so much, He stated cost of materials had went up. I own a single family home, I find it hard to believe, cost of materials could increase so significantly within a 5 month period. Zero respect for noise ordinances, the communities that they operate in, or the residents who express concern. Weeks of notifying the office at continued gas-blower use over the summer has led to nothing but apologies, excuses, and most recently, an aggressive and threatening phone call from the owner (I guess my attempt to resolve this respectfully and directly with them started to get old) - they just keep showing up to neighbors' houses every week and using incredibly loud gas-powered backpack blowers all summer. Beyond being completely unnecessary, it's against the law, terribly disruptive for folks working from home, and surprisingly bad for the environment. These guys are liars and crooks. For over a month we did not receive any services, yet they still sent me a bill for the month. After speaking with the owner who insisted I was wrong and that the lawn was serviced, I let him know I had video surveillance at the house and checked all the days he said his crew was there, they weren't. Per my contract they were supposed to reseed and prep the mulch beds for winter, which they didn't. Even the employees who answer the phones are nasty. Poor service all around. read more

Horrible. For over the last 8 years we have been with the company the quality has dropped and workers are not trained. Weeds over took flower beds, lawn was never cut fully, and bushes (when trimmed) were cut horribly. After weeks of the workers not showing up we called and got basically nothing done. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and not helpful. She claimed that she let people know about our complaints but nothing changed. Finally we spoke to the owner who basically told us that we were not correct abd we lied. He claimed the guys had done a fine job. Would not recommend unless you are looking for a half ass job and horrible costumer service. read more

waste of money! They would come and blow the leaves from my property onto all my other neighbors property. I would have to go behind them and clean up the mess they made. Numerous times i asked them please sweep, yes me to death and still continue to blow the leaves everywhere. I have cameras so Iam watching them do this week after week. Why am i paying for a service that i still have to behind them and clean up! i call to cancel and was told to write a letter. they still came the next week. regardless if i didnt get the chance to write the letter, you have it noted on your account that i called and ask for the service to be cancel. so why continue to send them? the money is not the issue but the service is horrible and making complaints only make things worst. better off taking the time to clean your property yourself. invest in a blower and do it yourself. read more

I love them! They turned my overgrown yard into a showplace and keep it neat as a pin. Just the way I like it. I trained as a master gardener myself but now I can actually enjoy my own garden instead of working on it constantly. Palmieri does not stand by their word. Came by my property and assessed the job, mailed me a proposal. I declined part of the estimate, did not need the extra work. Returned the proposal signed. Next day received a phone call and was told they did not want to do the job. Called office for more info and was told Anthony would call me back and explain. He did, and told me they were too busy and the job was to small and not worth the hassle, then he hung up. It was a simple aerating, fertilizing and seeding job, 240 sqft, 4 hours tops. This response by Antony Palmieri was not professional and disappointing. Leaves me to wonder, how do these guys stay in business for over thirty years. read more
