I reached out to Geoff and as always, he was very responsive and offered to repair these items. Geoff and his team stand by their workmanship and products. I will continue to recommend Swanson!

They were recommended by my swim spa dealer, Turbo Spas in Dublin. The crew was easy to work with, professional and followed my instructions to the letter. I just want to give some feedback from what I have learned since because this will help others avoid the same mistake I made. After waiting 28 days for the concrete to cure I set my 12' swim spa and 8' hot tub on the pad. 6 months later my swim spa cracked on the bottom. I am not sure about this but I believe the spa cracked because of the control joints running underneath the spa because that is where the spa shell cracked. Lessons learned is never add control joints where a swim spa will be set. This was no fault of Swanson's, It was my fault for recommending control joint locations. All is well now because my swim spa was repaired and I have the spa floating on 3" of crushed rock and a spa pad. The spa pad and rock sit on top of 6" steel reinforced concrete.

This was a very complicated project and we got estimates from multiple contractors before choosing Ceglio Concrete. They came up with solutions that other companies couldn't figure out. Work included: grading around house and yard, walkway around house to protect foundation, remove/replace front curb and front sidewalk, extensive driveway to detached garage, back patio, bbq area with attached fire pit/seating. There has been ZERO cracks or standing water! Impressive considering the amount of cement pored and grading issues. We wish we had more projects needing cement. The crew was a joy to work with!!

Las Palmas wasn't the least expensive of the three, but we felt very comfortable with Erik and his expertise at our initial meeting. He and his crew know what they're doing, make suggestions for better functionality, are flexible and easy-going, and to top it off are really nice people. We had a very specific, custom curved bench built by them and it was completed beyond our expectations. With any project during the pandemic, there were a couple hiccups/delays due to supply chain issues, but from start to finish the project took 2-1/2 months and we couldn't be happier. Overall, I am very satisfied with the transformation of my outdoor space. From the start, Hugo was fantastic. He helped me navigate the design phase, offering creative solutions and solid ideas that I hadn't even considered. During construction, Nick was incredibly accommodating. Even though it was clear he had a very busy schedule, he made a point to visit the site daily and was always available to answer my calls, which I really appreciated. The crew themselves were hard workers and clearly skilled in their trade. That said, with a project of this scale, I found that being a highly involved homeowner was necessary. There were a couple of instances where I had to step in to point out issues that might have otherwise gone unnoticed. To their credit, FG Pavers corrected these items immediately once they were raised. I'd recommend them for their craftsmanship and their willingness to make things right.

Bid/Quote: They came, inspected the project site and gave a complete quote including the construction detail. Tiles in an outdoor patio is uncommon, so we had a lot of questions from the grading to rebar to water proofing to sealent to grout. FG answered all the questions and accommodated our requests to align with the tile vendor recommendations. Price competitiveness: We spoke with 4 paver companies. 1 didn't want to do Porcelain tiles+ Paver, 1 didn't meet our budget, job was too small for one. Project Management: regular site visits by the site lead. Eduardo is a gem. They helped us pick the right material, picked up the tiles, did the dry layout and kept us updated on the schedule Work site: Saul and his team were punctual, spotless at the end of workday and walked through every step of the process. They made sure we reviewed the progress and that we approved the changes. We had a couple of last minute changes. Eduardo/Saul accommodated that.
