We hired her plus one other person to tackle this project for what ended up being 3 hours (so a total of 6 hours of work technically). Kathi completely lacked courtesy, empathy, professionalism. She arrived earlier than planned and had attitude as if my friend wasn't ready for her (she was on a work call until the agreed to time). From the start she made judgmental comments about their home and situation and folded clothes so slowly (like 2 women catching up, chit chatting and casually folding) that we had to add an extra hour on to at least clear all of the clothing on the couch. My friend had to ask them twice to please pick up the pace and to try and see how she could make it more easy for them/focused to get the job done (folding the clothes and putting them on beds vs organizing). I tried to encourage my friend to just ask them to leave, but if they left with in that condition, it would have made her have to do even more work and feel overwhelmed, which would have defeated the purpose. Kathi even had the nerve to remind my friend to add a tip - and unfortunately because of the headspace she's currently in and the incredibly uncomfortable situation Kathi created in general, she ended up doing it.
