I called Twin and asked how much to get my car out the impound…read morelot. I was told $120 tow fee and $20 a day storage fee. I was then told a holder was on my car. 45 days later i got a court order to release my vehicle. I got a release from Franklin County clerk of courts. I go to get my car after i was told i had to also get a release from Reynoldsburg showed Reynoldsburg my release. My tow fee was now $175 plus $20 a day storage fee. This man called my lienholder and tried to purchase my vehicle. Charged me $75 for the paperwork for him to try and buy my car. I paid $1306 to get my car out this guy tells me he would have sold it back to me. How do you sell me something I'm already buying. He continues to tell me I'm lucky i got my car back and ask me do i have a good lawyer. i told him I'm here with the proper paperwork to get my car. This guy then tells me to stay out of Whitehall and Reynoldsburg. Mind you i had to pay cash. 3 days later i receive a letter in the mail certified to my old address. Stating i have 60 days to get my car or Twin Auto Recovery will obtain my title. This place has no customer entrance my axel cover was dragging on the ground. I wouldn't let my dog pee on his fence. I would rate this guy a negative 3 for trash can juice. It took everything in me to remain calm. He definitely wanted to keep my car.
