this guy is a fraud he sais he would back you up if you miss court ect.... I went to court and FaceTimed him in the court room my public defender told me to leave when I was with my 5 year old daughter and said to go back to my home state and court would be virtual 6 hrs later she called back and said that can I come back to court because they direct filed another charge and there was a warrant so there for the judge wont let her self represent me then put a no bond warrant for an fta when I was there even Mike knew I was there so my lawyer that he got me filed a motion to recall the warrant and that Mike the bail bond man would testify he was on FaceTime with me while I was talking to my lawyer in court and it was denied .... I kept in touch with him through all of this he reassured me we would figure something out then he told me he only had 30 days and his lawyers taking to long so he told me he would have to pay 5000 to the court by the 30th day he swore he would not send a bounty hunter after me until i got down there because as a father he knows that I'm a single father of 3 kids and he trust that I would come back a week later 2 guys jumped on top of me and my 9 year old son was rite next to me I didn't run yell fight nothing I thought I was getting robbed since it's illegal to bounty hunt in nj so I got them off me got my son and daughter in the house to safety and immediately called the cops I told the cops the situation and they arrested them for illegal bounty hunting and one had an unregistered gun in there possesion! the cops then told me since I did what any father would do and how I handled the situation they can clearly see with the text between me and Mike that I clearly was trying to resolve the situation even by giving him $1900 the day before to show him I wasn't going to leave him stranded paying the 5000$ and to show good faith he's a lier he got paid 1900 for my bail then he extorted 2500$ from me saying he would tell the bounty hunters to stop looking for me if I payed him I got charged with grand theft in the second degree for a customer from a legit business I owned that was unhappy and fired me then sued me there where no intent to steal money from him the state of florida charged me with this after my business was closed and bankrupt for two years because I moved out of state omalleys a business and had every intentions to steel the 2500$ from me and law enforcement has been informed read more
