I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Always Towing, specifically with Kenny, the…read moreowner's oldest son. His behavior on the phone was unnecessarily argumentative, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The issue itself was simple: payment information was being given over the phone. The card numbers had to be repeated several times, and Kenny was still having difficulty catching them, even telling his coworker to slow down. Somehow, instead of simply handling the transaction professionally, he became frustrated and argumentative. At one point, he basically said he didn't have to take my money and could hang up. Luckily I was helping my nephew because I would have not paid nothing and paid another tow company with honor. That attitude is unacceptable when you work in a customer facing business. Customers should not have to deal with someone becoming disrespectful because they're frustrated while doing their own job. Even when a customer is difficult or there is a misunderstanding, professionalism means knowing how to communicate, control your attitude, and de-escalate a situation not make it worse. What makes this even more disappointing is that Kenny is the owner's son. Whether he realizes it or not, the way he treats customers reflects directly on his father and his little brother Clyde Jr Always Towing. Being related to the owner shouldn't mean you get to speak to customers however you want. If you don't want to dispatch, take payments, answer phones, or deal with customers all day, then customer service may not be the right job for you even if it's your father's company. A business cannot expect to grow and maintain a good reputation when customers are treated with disrespect. People deserve basic respect. You never know who you're speaking to someone's wife, daughter, mother, or niece. Watch how you speak to people. You can be firm and still be professional. Unfortunately, based on the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend Always Towing. The lack of professionalism and customer service completely overshadowed what should have been a simple transaction.

An extremely Negligent Driver of this towing company caused extensive damage to a homeowner's…read moreproperty in mid May of 2026 and the Towing Company Owner is as negligent as the tow driver himself. Mr. Ted Negoshian, Owner of this established and supposed family run enterprise has failed to notify his risk insurance company nor has he even acknowledged the incident, as multiple damages occurred nor has he called to apologize to the homeowner for his negligent driver who actually left the scene of the incident while extensive damage was done as well. He certainly has not come forward to call or offer the local Police Department the proper risk insurance information nor has he assumed any liability to the property owner for over a week now ! This situation must be remediated as it has caused much aggravation and is simply abhorrent and shameful ! The drivers license should be revoked as well as the TWO different employees who answer the phone for this towing company are not only RUDE and defensive but do not offer any assistance or information either to locate the owner of this towing company to assist the elder disabled homeowner. I believe a call to the Attorney General's Office will be in order along with the Better Business Bureau as this is a business that needs to be held accountable for their actions of property damage, as well as the driver himself who left the scene of the incident without so much as ringing the door bell of the homeowner to notify them of his misdeeds of where the property damage occurred. Do Yourselves All A Favor and Do Business Elsewhere ! This is NOT a credible business !! They are careless, negligent and beyond rude ! Thank You

He was courteous, professional, and said he could be to my place in 20 minutes, which he was almost down to the minute. He got my car hitched up to his truck in about 90 seconds, and he even managed to place his truck at an angle on a narrow, one-way Brighton street so that other cars could get by. And his price was very reasonable -- less than other places I had quoted in the area (though be advised that he will ask for cash, so be sure to run to the ATM before you call). While I hope I don't have to get a car towed again anytime in the near future, if I do, Brendan will be my first call, hands-down. He provides the definition of five-star service.
