He has repaired seats in my 2000 ford ranger, my 2003 Honda accord, my 2001 volvo s80 turbo, repaired the armrest on a 2015 accord that I accidentally drilled through for one of my customers, my dads vinyl top on his 1991 Cadillac Eldorado and full interior years before, My 1967 bus complete interior (back in the day), and seats on a Lexus LS400 recently. Some jobs were most of these jobs were with leather and a few were cloth material. I have sold most of these vehicles and my dad a year ago got rid of the caddy. There wasn't much info available on Albert's when I searched, I decided to contact Alberto, he responded promptly and professionally. His shop was a bit out of the way for me, he agreed to come pick up my driver's seat, reupholster and return at a price that was much more fair and reasonable than what I was quoted from other shops. Alberto kept me posted on how things were going and returned the seat right on schedule. Let's just say it came out better than I could've imagined! He also dyed the other seats on the spot and now my 2011 Ford Escape interior looks almost as good as new. Besides the work, I'd like to add that Alberto is a true gentleman, he takes pride in his work, treating customers right and being honorable.

He gave me the best price out of all the shops by far! Not only that but he dropped the headliner in about 30 mins. And since my install with Rack Attack wouldn't be done in time, Kevin offered to come in on his day off Saturday morning to reinstall the headliner so I didn't have to wait til Monday after work. I was so surprised as my Mom was clever she took the chairs as the had exposed legs,longer legs and Ruben Upholstered them in a heavy off white with a dark red stripe added the shirt covering the legs but kept the integrity of the Baker fine tailoring matching the stripes and cut the welt on the bias. The two chairs are used often and look like new.stunning from every angle. Sense then as a designer by trade Ruben has done several large jobs to small changes or updating on individual items. One thing if your like myself or My Mom and have a concept or idea he is able to carry it out and its so satisfying to have someone actually carry out the concept to a reality and leave you pleased beyond your expectations. I find Rubens professionalism and the way he has accommodated me on jobs with clients invaluable! Because he is rare a man of his word and He remembered and always gave me the extra fabric or suggested and made some very beautiful accent pillows and the best part is his labor is reasonable and just the finest tailoring replicating the original details to a T. I need a foam insert to fit in a box. (Well, more like 60 of them and 2 different sizes!) And did I mention that I need them tomorrow! Carlos is amazing. I came back after 15 days to pick it up and the lady told me "Carlos started it but it's not finished yet, but it'll be ready at the end of the today or the next morning". I returned in 5 days to pick it up and when the same lady working there saw me she said outloud "oh shit". Well,the bench wasn't only not done but the work hadn't even been started yet. At that point I took it to have done elsewhere. Not only was there no communication but I was lied to about the time line. And the worst thing is telling me the project was started when it wasn't. Just a bunch of disrespectful bold faced lies. Sorry to say I won't be coming back.
