5 Stars -- Honest, Trustworthy, and Exceptional Workmanship!…read more If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced auto upholstery shop, look no further than Jose's Quality Auto Upholstery! Edgar and his team exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I brought in my 2013 Tesla Model S with over 140,000 miles because the headliner fabric was literally falling apart. Between the age of the vehicle, normal wear and tear, and the unusually hot Southern California weather, the interior had become a nightmare. It was frustrating to drive a car I still enjoy while watching the fabric deteriorate around me. From the very beginning, Edgar was professional, communicative, flexible, and, most importantly, trustworthy. He worked with my schedule, provided an accurate quote, and was always responsive to my texts and questions. With a repair this significant and potentially expensive, having someone who takes the time to communicate and explain things makes a huge difference. What really impressed me was the attention to detail and the extra effort they put into getting the job done right. Rather than guessing at the fabric color, they actually took the time to cut a sample of my original headliner material to find the closest possible match for my Tesla. That level of care speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. They even went above and beyond by replacing additional panels that needed new fabric. And let's talk about pricing! It's refreshing to find a business that provides excellent value without trying to nickel-and-dime, upsell, or take advantage of customers. Edgar was transparent, his quote was accurate, and I genuinely felt that he was looking out for my best interests rather than trying to maximize the bill. Finding a trustworthy auto repair or upholstery shop isn't always easy, especially when you're dealing with an older vehicle and an expensive repair. But throughout the entire process, I never once questioned whether I had chosen the right place. Jose's Quality Auto Upholstery has earned my trust and my future business. When it's time to redo the seats in my Tesla, I already know exactly where I'm going! Thank you, Edgar and team, for your honesty, excellent communication, fair pricing, attention to detail, and quality workmanship. Businesses like yours deserve recognition and support. Highly recommended! Five stars all the way!

I could not tie it down as it would not tighten and left a pond after each rain. I tried to take it back and Carlos was tough to deal with.
