GUITAR CENTER makes it affordable and easy. Their prices are the same as the competition... More importantly, they trust you for 45 DAYS to test your new keyboard. I went through several purchases until I settled on one. Can you imagine the shipping costs I would have endured to return several online purchases? By now return shipping would have equaled the price of the keyboard... BUT GUITAR CENTER never charged me for restocking... not one cent, ever. Now more about the Motto to my story... I am talking about the best store manager ... His name ironically is Andy Motto. Andy Motto's interest, professionalism, and patience with me made it all happen successfully. He has been with me on my journey that started one year ago... For example, my recent purchase in February 2025 had a couple of bad keys. Andy correctly ordered a replacement which arrived in 10 days, but it was a lesser model. Back it went... with another reorder... yes ... that too from the warehouse was the same lesser model. So... Here is the best part though, when picking up my Martin, I inquired about them fixing one of my other guitars for me. I have an old guitar that was broken around 2005, and all this time thought was a lost cause due to other shop saying it couldn't be fixed, however after showing it to Mike and Chase, they were willing to try and fix it, and they did! It was broken some 19 years ago, and this whole time it's gnawed at the back of my mind that it was broken and would never be properly playable ever again, and they were able to fix it, for $97!!! They took a sadness that has been hanging on my shoulders for almost two decades, something I've always been mad about with how it was broken, and lifted that sadness away. Truly amazing, and I'm so grateful for their expertise. Plus, they're exceptionally personable and nice, which is everything you want when needing help. I purchased Amano shrimp from this store recently. The shrimp were very small/juvenile (around half…read morean inch), but were sold at standard adult pricing. Unfortunately, a couple of them did not survive within a few days of being introduced to a stable, cycled tank. The staff were polite, but I do think clearer separation between juvenile and adult livestock would help customers know what they're getting. I also noticed a few similar reviews mentioning livestock losses, which matches my experience. Overall, the store has a good selection, but I would recommend customers carefully inspect livestock size and condition before purchasing. But one big issue is that they do tend to be more pricey than other areas I've seen which is fair I get that family owned business but still. I don't think I'll be coming back though that's my opinion I personally opt for places like Infinite Aquatics
