From the very first phone call when I spoke with Marissa, I got all the warm and fuzzies about this company that I needed to schedule an appointment to come measure. They knew we were on a time crunch (after being completely screwed over by another glass company in the area), and tried very hard to get us scheduled ASAP. When Pete came to take measurements, he was very personable and answered all my questions. He got the measurements back quickly and I had a quote sent over just a few days later. They were a bit more expensive than a few other places we had gotten quotes from previously, but customer service and positive reviews go a long way for me, so I quickly pulled the trigger and put down a deposit. Richard came 2 days after I called and measured for shower doors. He explained options for the doors, and helped me select a perfect design.
