For spending 6 hours in the house, and after going over all of the things that needed to be done, I would say the attention to detail was very lacking and for $300 I expected more. She gave us lots of samples to take home and even toured us through the factory. We happened to meet the owner, Jeff, that day as well. Both were just solid, friendly, knowledgeable people. We made an appointment for Brittani to come to our house. In less than an hour, Brittani took all the measurements and we came up with a design. Our installation date was less than a month later.
