The bathrooms are in need of repair- the men's bathroom you can't flush the toilet, there is no soap and they have a stand lamp because the overhead is out. The women's have a stall that the locking mechanism is broken off and barely flushes. The store is also marketing a damaged (to the point it is unusable) everything included 20 gallon aquarium with none of the accessories for the same price as a new 20 gallon aquarium. This store needs an overhaul and should NOT be looking after live animals.

A few things were happening such as I would ask them not to cut her eyelashes and they would be cut, I had noticed a few cuts here there and that's understandable but the last one was very deep. I was told she was ok she didn't cry. Lies my baby cried that's a deep cut. She did go to the hospital it was infected. They did pay for the bill but still made me pay for the grooming services. But not once did I get a call from the owner, no apology, no call to check up on my puppy nothing. When I said we would not be returning and why the owner words were "sorry to hear this. They did SUCH a good job clipping her nails. Even the vets we've seen in the past can't do a good job and sometimes miss nails altogether. They did a wonderful job. Would come back and skip the belly shave. Parking is a loading zone at the front of the shop. It's "downtown" Raleigh but like on the outskirts so it's not too busy and it isn't difficult to get a parking spot if you go in the morning. Drop off is between 8-10am. I dropped her off at 9 and they finished by around 3 (like 2:45 to be exact haha).

My family and I moved out of state for a few years and returned in 2023- even though we no longer drive in Smithfield, we drive about 30 mins to bring our 4 dogs (2 are the same. 2 different). In the last 2 weeks, I have had my 13yr old Jack Russell get shaved ($60) and my 2.5yr old Husky mix get a de-shed and "butt fluff" clean up ($100). Both doggos looked and smelled great, and my husky was so comfy it was hard for them to get her to leave lol! I think pricing is great (they haven't even changed pricing on my Jack Russell since 2016)! But more importantly, they seem genuinely kind and caring to the dogs they care for.
