Be careful relying on this company for airport transportation. We used A&M Luxury Chauffeurs (now ANR) for several years and had recommended them to others, but the last two rides were extremely disappointing. One airport pickup kept getting delayed until the driver wouldn't arrive until 11:09 AM for a 1:10 PM flight, forcing us to cancel and take an Uber. When we later tried to use the credit, they entered the wrong date, so no car arrived at all. Even with text proof, they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. After years of being loyal customers, it's very disappointing to see a once reliable company become this unreliable. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they used to be good and reliable. read more

We booked a ride from the villages to the airport and were initially a little hesitant due to the limited number of reviews and a few negative ones. However, the customer service was EXCELLENT, and we were very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the service and the professionalism of the driver. We landed at the Orlando airport at 5:30 and we set up a ride for 630. Around 7 PM. We attempted to call the driver and ask him where he was. He told us to go back in the airport and wait. When I asked him how far away he was, he refused to tell me. And then I asked for his location so I could Google maps how far away he was and he refused to give me his location. We actually gave this service 2 chances. First was for a 10:30 am pick up on 2/25/2024. We planned to ck in for our NCL cruise and pickup a rented scooter at noon at the Tampa cruise port. We waited and waited but no driver showed up. When I finally reached someone on the phone, I was told the soonest a driver could get to us was noonish. When we did get to the ship at 2 pm, check in was already broken down and the scooter people were very upset by the delay. Second chance with much worse results! On April 14th, we were scheduled for a 3 am pickup to make an international 7 a.m. flight. We stayed up through the night to ensure that we were ready and waiting for our driver to arrive. 3 a.m. came and went. This is very ironic since I received a text message assuring me that our 3 pm pickup was on schedule! I started calling the company number at 3:21 with no answer until 4:18 a.m. when I was told a driver could not get to us until 5 a.m. Of course we could never get to Orlando and through check in for our 7 a.m. takeoff. The attendant suggested that I call the airline and see if I could reschedule our flight and also said that the company would not cover the $250 per ticket penalty for the last minute change. With no other option, I was able to get through to an airline's emergency # and the representative was able to rebook us on a 2:05 pm flight. I called back to let the car service know we and needed a 10 a.m. pickup. I was assured that the driver would arrive at 10 a.m. but upon late arrival the driver, Jeff, said he was told to arrive at 10:30 so he pulled into a parking lot to kill time until 10:30. Pick up from MCO on April 21st did not go without hitches. These people cost us hundreds of extra $s and we lost a day of our vacation not to mention the horrible stress suffered by their bungling. read more

I never got picked up, texted twice within 20". Had to get a later flight, then drove myself to the airport. They claim texting is their commu method, but 3 1/2 hours later they responded that the driver ran into a lot of traffic. The big problem is that they will not refund! They give you a credit! Who would use a service that never showed and how can they not refund? My credit card company will take care of this, I'm sure. I cancelled my return pickup right away, and they won't refund that either. read more

DO NOT USE! What a mess. Car was 25 minutes late and it was early morning. no one answering the phone to confirm they are coming. We wound up driving to the airport ourselves! The manager or owner never called us to clear things up. It's a mismanaged nightmare of a company! Travel is stressful enough without drama. Best advise I have is Get a reliable company. read more

I called on a weekday and received message for faster response to text. After texting they responded quickly and was able to book reservations as needed. Very friendly . Horrible customer service! We used this service for transportation for our cruise. Abby picked us up in an old minivan that needed service. Since we had 6 people and 10 pieces of luggage, things were tight and VERY uncomfortable for our 4 hour ride. She GUARANTEED us we'd have a Transit vehicle for our return trip. Guess what? They never picked us up. Turns out they knew the Transit wasn't sereviceable. She assured us we'd have a ride, but instead we were abandoned without a ride back. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Picked us up in a mechanic s vehicle which clearly needed an alignment and was way too small for 6 adults and luggage. Had no vehicle to pick us up at end of cruise and had to find our own way back home. Would rate 0 if it was available. read more

A.M Luxury Chauffeur has a no refund policy. This policy means that if THEY are unable to provide transportation, you still do not receive a refund. We paid for and scheduled transportation to the airport for a 3 am pickup. At 3:30 am I called the company and they tried to reach the driver, had me reach out to the driver and tried to schedule another driver with no success. At 3:40 am they apologized that they were not able to get a driver to us and we would need to find our own ride. They were polite and things happen but I assumed when I called the company after returning home I would get a refund as they were unable to provide the service I paid for.
