The driver waited for my text upon picking up my baggage. He was ready and waiting at the transport dock and there was little hunting and searching. The driver was safe, polite and efficient, and he dropped me off at my destination. A bit more expensive than the shuttle buses, but in my mind well worth the difference. I say go for it!

Our flight arrived at 4pm at the Orlando airport and we quickly picked up our luggage and headed to the shuttle. There were already people inside the large 16 passenger bus. We sat there for awhile waiting for 4 more passengers. Note there's no bathroom onboard or special stops. After waiting a while we finally departed. The driver was safe and the driving was fine. We didn't get dropped off at our house until after 7pm. It took about 3 hours from the time we boarded the bus until the time we got dropped off at The Villages. The normal drive time is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would not recommend it unless you have tons of time to sit on a bus. We checked Uber and it cost $90 which was the exact cost we paid to ride the shuttle with the tip.
