Not sure I'd use them again. Used recently to/from MCO. On trip to MCO driver showed up on time…read more However, took a very long route to airport to avoid tolls. I paid $125 plus a $25 tip that I gave reluctantly, but it was an early morning pickup. Usually takes 60-65 minutes to get to MCO, but this trip was 95 minutes. No traffics issues to delay anything either. On pickup at MCO, driver texted me before flight landed stating he was about 15 minutes away. Flight landed a bit early, I went to bathroom, took time getting to baggage claim, waited for bags like you always have to at MCO. Get my bags, text driver with column number where I'll be and get return text from driver he's running late. He should have been monitoring my flight for arrival time and planned accordingly. I was disappointed in this service level for the cost. Better planning on drivers' part for providing quality service if these are prices you're going to charge. For return trip I paid another $125 pus a $30 tip. So round trip to MCO cost $305. I have referred so many visitors staying with us to this company but this was my first time to use. Both drivers were courteous so no complaints there. Also, nice clean newer cars on both pickups. But for cost, I expect a Towne Car level service, which I did receive at my destination. I'll continue to refer visitors to them since I've heard of no complaints but my first experience was not as successful.

I found this shuttle googling and booked in advance and got Joe as my driver. He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. Though I was nervous at first booking a shuttle I didn't know anything about, and wasn't sure if it would be reliable, I was left pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

Elite made it a cinch to locate them, which turned out to be a private SUV with no other passengers. In these days of Covid having a private vehicle means a lot. No sharing space with strangers. The driver waited for my text upon picking up my baggage. He was ready and waiting at the transport dock and there was little hunting and searching. The driver was safe, polite and efficient, and he dropped me off at my destination. A bit more expensive than the shuttle buses, but in my mind well worth the difference. I say go for it!

Recently I was hospitalized and forgot to cancel an employees ride from airport to Summerfield. George called me furious and told me "TO GO TO HELL" and hung up before I could respond. The drivers rate 5 stars, but I wonder how his retention rate is if he treats people as he treated me.
