I had an active roof leak and needed help quickly, and their team was responsive, professional, and reassuring from the start. Juan spent an hour with me evaluating all of my various options, advising me that replacing my entire roof was in my best interest due to the leakage and poor craftsmanship of the entire roof (I had already had my roof patched a few times before). He had more members of his team take a look as well and give their opinions. Other roofers offered to patch up the hole, but once the whole roof was torn off, it was discovered, like Juan guessed, that there was more damage underneath than previously thought. The wood was rotting and the trusses were warping due to all the excess weight from two layers of roofing and long term water damage. Juan and his team replaced plywood, added additional support to the trusses and made sure the entire job was done right. Also, they provided a fair and transparent estimate, communicated clearly throughout the process, and completed the entire job in just two days! They brought out 12 guys and had two layers of my roof torn off an then replace so fast! They got it all done right before the atmospheric river came through. The quality of their work and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations. They even came out a few days later to do another inspection to make sure nothing was missed and they spray painted all pipes and hardware to make sure it matched my new black roof color. I'm very grateful for their prompt service and would highly recommend Country Roads Roofing to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality roofing work. He had to remove the existing (old, brittle) vinyl siding, attach the windows (that were never attached to begin with) to the framing, weather seal the windows to prevent water / air intrusion, and re-install the siding without damaging anything and making it look like he'd never been there. Kevin got my clients on the schedule immediately (this past Tuesday!), did a top quality job, didn't damage the landscaping/ yard or the old existing vinyl siding, he made sure the gates were shut and locked before he left, and left my clients home just as spic-and-span clean and tidy as it was when he'd started the job. He went into the home, cleaned up the mess left from old cracked caulking that had crumbled all over the window sills and floor, cut out the old caulking and redid everything so it literally looks brand new. This is just one of many example of the opportunities I've had to work with Shamrock Group, where I've either personally utilized them, or referred other agents, clients etc to Kevin (the owner) when they're needing repairs before closing or getting ready to list their homes for sale: he literally knows how to do everything from an entire punch list of ticks tack items that needed fixes to full scale remodels to help sell their homes for top dollar. Long story short, we discovered so severe leaking during a kitchen remodel that required opening a ceiling. My wife and were headed out of town for a week plus, but the roof had to get done right away to keep our other contractors on schedule. They jumped right in and fast tracked the repair, all while keeping us updated on progress daily so that we could keep our other contractors on task.
