Rather than replacing the older toilet I called Havasu Hardware and this cordial lady answered and informed me that they had exactly the parts I needed but they were universal parts. When I got there I was greeted by that same cordial lady with a huge smile :) and a gentleman who looked like he knew just about everything walked me to where the parts where located. Thankfully he works here because he showed me exactly what I needed and how to do what I was repairing! Extremely helpful staff. Go here first, then go to home depot if they don't have it. P.S. The store added shelving and they are stocked and operating as a full on hardware store. This is a very welcome necessity to help fill the void of the hardware store that closed last year in town. If you find yourself needing any type of hardware you should give them a try first before heading out of town. The added employees are also knowledgeable in helping you find what you need. They still sell liquor and alcohol at reasonable prices but have cut back on some of the food items. They have a pretty good selection of beer in the cooler and a large selection of hard liquor if you want something else. You should give them a try. You might be surprised by the change. I was!
