This is the perfect store to put on your weekly stop in list, as they bring in new pieces each week. First, they inspect all the furniture personally before accepting it, so what's in the store is the best. Why pay new prices when you have this shop?

I stopped in just to see what they had and I was so happy to find a set of chairs I fell in love with right away. The owner was so nice and helped guide us to the chairs he had in stock, we told him we were looking for two and he narrowed down what he was sure they had two of! He knew his stock but while we looked around he didn't pressure us at all. It was a super quick and easy transaction and he didn't try to upsell us on anything!! We ended up spending a little more than we had planned but these chairs were a steal at about half the market value!!! I am not a picky person so if you just need furniture and it doesn't have to be a specific type/ brand/ color this place is great!!!

I just didn't want to drive to Kingman to save $200. I told Candace I needed a weekend or Monday delivery. She assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Our furniture arrived and was set for delivery. Then someone in the store set a delivery up for Havasu Palms or something on the CA side. So, my delivery got canceled. What does a CA delivery have to do with me? Why does CA customers come first? They literally drove past my house to go to CA. Anyways, I had to have a bro go pick up my furniture. It was that or wait 2 additional weeks for "free" delivery. So, knowing this furniture takes a some serious effort to put together, does anyone reach out? Nope. Onto the next. Customer service and follow up was non existent. The people you'll deal with are really really nice. It's almost like getting crap service by really friendly people. That's probably why their reviews are what they are.

They had it in stock and they even helped me carry it to, and load it into, my car! The lady working the counter was very nice. She even gave me an additional 15% off the purchase price at checkout even though we had already agreed on a price for the mattress. That was awesome! The store is on a corner and there are two other furniture/sleep stores within walking distance of Sleep Craft.
