I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.

Both Sydney and the person working the front desk were extremely nice and friendly; offered me tea/coffee/water, took my coat, etc. and made me feel welcome. Sydney introduced herself and after a quick consultation, she got right to work, starting with a relaxing scalp massage. Throughout the cut, Sydney was extremely professional and efficient. I got a second prenatal massage done with Beth (I can't remember if that's what she went by) and I just wanted her to be my best friend. To be honest, it's hard to keep conversations going when these ladies are working with you (most of it is my fault because I am an extremely awkward person), but I've never left the place leaving uncomfortable. I'm huge on customer service and this place deserves the five stars. It's a little intimidating walking in because it's a hit or miss whether the person at the front desk greets you, but once you get the formalities done it's all easy-peasy and you can relax a little more and enjoy the atmosphere. My complaints are: * There is an older lady who works at the front desk that needs to improve her customer service. She is very slow and not exactly friendly most of the time. Not only was sugaring a more pleasant experience, but I was left with less irritation and no ingrowns- amazing! I also had a spray tan. Compared to mystic tan and other spray tans I've had elsewhere the spray tan here was superior in color, comparable in price and lasted MUCH longer. Theresa and her team are all wonderful, professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Even taking the extra time to advise on preventative measures to curb ingrowns.
