Faith is adorable, very friendly, professional, sweet, and did an AMAZING job on my hair! I have long blonde hair that was in desperate need of a trim and fresh highlights and she did everything exactly how I wanted, it looks great. I will absolutely ask for her again next time I go in! I pointed out that I loved her curls and she gave me some similar ones to leave with. The pricing was great.. $110 for a partial highlight, cut, blow dry, and style. The salon was nice and expansive, and I love their long counter for color and processing. Highly recommend this salon and Faith based on my experience here!

We have two kids under 3 and I booked a couples massage for my husband and I weeks in advance. They called me back the same day after I scheduled an appointment to let me know they couldn't get us in at 1:45 and that it would have to be 2:00, which no worries at all. I told them that was fine. Come today, 3 hours before our couples massage they call and cancel. They informed me that the therapist got in car accident. that is horrible and I hope that she's okay! But we still had an appointment for weeks? There was another therapist available but I was informed they were already all booked....so instead of shifting people down on the schedule they decided to cancel our appointment. Getting out of the house as a stay at home Mom is huge, it's like a vacation and to have them call, cancel and not even apologize is disgusting. If you want to make appointments and have Heidi Christine call you to cancel then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!

I was greeted and offered a drink while I wait for my services. I filled out my paper work and went straight upstairs to change into the robe and put my stuff in the locker. Everything was clean and smelled great, as expected. I opted for a simple facial since I've been receiving treatment from my dermatologist. I explained I had a bit of rosacea and the specialist was more than helpful! She gave me a few tips to help stay hydrated and even gave me a complimentary eye brow treatment. I also asked about exfoliation and waxing for the legs and she offered additional tips. She knew her stuff and really cared about my needs! Finally I moved over to the massage and opted to upgrade to the CBD and Hot stone. It was much needed! My left shoulder and sciatica area has been in pain for weeks. While she worked out those knots, I can tell she had her work cut out for her, but she did a great job of checking in and making sure the pressure was OK. I immediately felt the difference in my shoulders. I'm so pleased with my treatments today and happy that's it's nearby ! I will definitely be back for a facial and exfoliating. Within days numerous Extensions were slipping out and others barely hanging on. I had to have a consult done at another salon to get this fixed after Caledonia hair company refused to fix them or to refund my money in full . The other salon said it's the biggest mess of hair extensions she's ever seen and the person who did them has no business offering this service and recommended I formally complain to Dreamcatchers. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner of the company who abruptly hung up on me . This business has unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and horrible customer service .
