When I called Horton Hauls Junk, Danielle invited me to text or email photos & I had a quote within 30 minutes. For the amount of stuff we were tossing (mattresses & an old exercise bike among it), the quote was totally fair. We were able to schedule within a few business days, and they were perfect--prompt, communicative, professional, and quick. They'll 100% be our first call the next time we're decluttering. Thanks, HHJ!

This was not a whole house clean up just some misc household goods and trash/junk left behind. After sending photos we agreed that a 26 foot box truck would accommodate this project more than likely. The representative also shared that if we use less space it will be less of a charge and it looks like there may be space left. I figured for the whole truck anyway. Job is done Hortons are paid. I had my Realtor do a walk-through as to get house ready to rent again. at rear of garage there was a single chair left. I called Hortons and they said that they could return to pick up the chair but there would be an additional charge. Either they were not thorough with their initial job or they were trying to take advantage of an out of townee. Not sure but this company is shady and I wouldn't recommend anybody doing business with them.

Unsure the reasoning behind 1500 for a 30yd but that is absolutely disgusting as far as pricing, not sure if your gouging because of high demand or what but your pricing is sky high compared to anyone else in the area, near or far, from Port Clinton to Toledo. They do it quietly and they do it perfectly and I'm now on my third or fourth dumpster and they're totally flexible to work with you within reason of course and their price right nobody else's priced like they are so there must've been a pricing change as well or somebody's got to spend some money on buying themselves some perspective because I shopped around and I verify and validate that this is the best priced dumpster certainly for residential. After receiving repeated…read morecalls and pressure to book my move, I finally signed the contract and scheduled a moving date. At no point was it made clear that my reservation would be canceled without further notice if the deposit was not immediately paid. Although I signed the contract and believed my move was scheduled, the company canceled my reservation and gave away my moving date because I forgot to submit the $100 deposit. Instead of making a phone call or attempting to contact me directly, they simply sent a text message informing me that my move had been canceled. Considering how aggressively they pursued my business before I signed, I expected at least the same level of communication before canceling my reservation. A quick phone call could have easily resolved the issue. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another moving date and dealing with unnecessary stress.
