John's communication is unparalleled, and we've never come across any contractor as honest or communicative as him. From the moment we started discussing the problem and the options to correct it, John had a thorough explanation for each step, a detailed listing of all anticipated options and expenses, and an accurate window of time in which he would complete the project. He was clearly passionate and excited about the work he does, and he is a great, upbeat, positive person to work with! Once the project got started, John kept us well informed at every step - texts each morning with an anticipated arrival time, updates if he had to run to the hardware store, any potential weather-related challenges, etc. Not only was John's communication incredible, but so was the quality of his work. John's attention to detail was impeccable. He even custom built extra stairs to create a better, safer angle knowing that there would be kids regularly using these stairs. He also took the time to go through the entire yard with a rolling magnet at the close of the work to ensure that he had not left even a single nail in a place where the kids or the dog would find it and get hurt. He was supposed to have completed a Parkwood half basement sheet rock ceiling, which was already stripped of anything, install a drop ceiling in the bathroom, install 11 recessed lights and install a drop ceiling in the laundry room with tracking. He never came to the house as per my daughter who was home. He sent two contractors which neither one of them spoke English, and did not understand what my daughter was telling them when they were trying to move the bed, shoe closet and dresser which they broke and tried to hide. So they installed the drop ceiling in the bathroom with the track, which was already in there, which was multiple colors and should have been changed, did not install the recessed lighting in the bathroom did not complete the spackling on the sheet rock ceiling or partial drop ceiling in the basement. And did not touch the laundry room. Now he will not respond to my text messages in my emails and complete the work I highly suggest to avoid this contractor.

Here are all the jobs they did for me: Tightened my loose porch post's, replaced numerous pipes, traps &fixtures in my basements and bathrooms, replaced my laundry sink, secured my loose toilet, installed a new exhaust fan, closed holes on the outside of my soffit, repaired and painted my bedroom ceiling, removed my family room blinds and put up curtains, installed 3 TV mounts, framed my attic (on a 100 degree day), fixed my door frames, repaired cracks in my exterior and added weep holes to my exterior. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate.
