Stavanger's oldest business now hasn eatery right next door. I guess the owner always wanted a restaurant and this is a culmination of the meat expertise of the butcher shop showcasing some cooking to highlight their product. I have a friend I hadnt seen in years who recommended we meet here. The charcuterie, lobster roll and meat loaf dishes were all excellent. But this was the smaller lunch menu. Id like to come back to try the more extensive offerings. The crazy thing is this is also an events space pluse private dining so the eatery is a small part of the business.
