It was almost like he was a vacuum cleaner! He had sweet potato fries instead of the regular kind, and they had a burst of flavor with each bite. They were wedge fries, and cooked to perfection. . I ordered the Barbecued Spareribs. Mega Delicious! Lots of meat and cooked to such perfection, the meat practically falls off the bones of tenderness! And the taste is to die for. Yummy! It comes with 2 half-ears of corn, a side of fries, and also (not in the picture I took), a side of coleslaw. . Hint: If you're going to order the spareribs, it would be wise to but the 700 gram meal. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The seafood counter was pretty much like a supermarket counter. It was much smaller than I expected it to be. The area for the shop was also very tight and unwelcoming. There were limited items and again, half of the stuff was imported and not Norwegian. I thought the service wasn't that good, we were completely ignore. So we ended up just leaving without anything.

The brown sauce is a mixture of sour cream, butter, flour, and beef stock plus herbs and aromatics. The verdict? It was a huge plate and I was able to get two meals out of it. It was pretty tasty.
