By chance I managed to catch a guy in the neighborhood and asked him a few questions that led to having my roof replaced (and it needed it very badly) and I'm so glad I did it. They originally said the arrival time…read morewould be 12:30 and it would take two-three hours, which worked for us as we were leaving town around 3 for the Christmas holiday. Three days before the scheduled appointment I get the reminder email saying that the arrival time will be 2:30. I email back to say I was originally told 12:30. They tell me the earliest they can be in my area is 2:30. I explain we will be leaving out of town and was told that we didn't have to be home for them to service my house. I then asked to reschedule to a different day because I want to be there when a company I've had no previous business with works on my house, especially if I'll be out of town in case something happens. So we reschedule. The day they are supposed to come out it's raining cats and dogs. I get a call from the company saying they will need to reschedule (which I completely understood and was expecting the call). When I asked when we could reschedule, guy I spoke with said he was driving around and would call me back later to set it up. 10 days later and still no call. They obviously don't want business. I would look elsewhere. I am.

I called and emailed on 10 occasions (over 5 months) trying to either cancel, get service and/or a refund. At one point I was told my service would be cancelled and I would be reimbursed, but the company continued to charge my card without providing services. I had to contact my credit card company several times to stop payments. After sending 2 certified letters that were refused and returned, I contacted the BBB to help resolve the issue, but Geek Windows FAILED to respond to the BBB. I am owed over $200 for services not rendered. I have never given a bad review, but THIS BUSINESS HAS NO INTEGRITY!

Decided to try them one more time and signed up for the gutter cleaning package- you get a discount if you do two in a year. I wanted to schedule them out far from one another and they made it a big issue and had to get "approval". 2 in a year means you should be able to schedule 2 within that 12 month timeframe whenever you want. The second gutter cleaning was timed when I was out of state dealing with an emergency. I told them I'd call to reschedule. They called me 4 more times while I was gone to schedule. Zero regard for what I was going through. I finished my obligation and told them to cancel me for anything else. I got a call today saying they'd be there for Thursday. I never scheduled this nor did I want it. Then they say if you don't cancel in a timely manner they can charge you $125. How shady and unethical can you be? You scheduled me for something I didn't ask for on a day I didn't want and tell me I can be charged?? I'll never use them again .

I was really creeped out It's in a really shady location Overall, they do have a great selection, but the sales people are the reason I will never return. They make awkward jokes and have an attitude about them. They also didn't take me seriously until I told them how much I could spend (mainly because i'm in my early 20s). Edit... Apparently they neglected to charge me for labor then tried to get me to pay it anyway. I told them exactly what my budget was, so they had no reason to go over it. It ended up being $100 under budget without labor, so no, I'm not going to pay it if you didn't put it in my estimate and tried to go over budget.
