I had the best experience ever... Meimei is the one that did my massage. wow all I can say is WOW!!! I had the one hour massage and one hour head massage and a facial. I fell asleep. I have never experienced such attention and softness. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! and I will be coming back to her! It is worth every minute. The cons are the foolish policy. The girl in the front desk is rude and aggressive. They are big on leave a review on Google. Someone did not know how to so she did the review for them. It was myself and another girl there done at the same time. The girl at the front desk tells her do the review and we will give you a discount towards your next visit. She did like a sentence and they gave her the discoun. I said I wanted to do mine on my time so I didn't get the discount. I said I will be back I want to get cash to leave the massager a tip. She said you have to leave something so that we know you are coming back. Mind you all my services were paid. A tip is a gesture not a requirement. I'm not leaving anything to go get tip money. I asked her to call the lady that did my massage and it was a different woman she goes on to insist it was her. It wasn't eventually the right one came and she got the tip. read more

Got a groupon for a couples massage + head spa and it was amazing! They were very thorough and definitely took their time during the massages. It did not feel rushed at any point. We left very satisfied and will definitely come back. I do wish the massages were in the same room as each other since it's a couples massage. I treated myself to a body massage and facial today, and it was so mediocre. I'm genuinely confused by all the glowing reviews because my experience was nothing like what people described. The facial was especially disappointing. It honestly felt like all she did was cleanse my face. I know how to wash my own face--I could have done that at home. There was nothing that made it feel like a professional facial or worth the money. The massage wasn't much better. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and money. Lesson learned. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute head spa and facial. This was my first time visiting the salon, and upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. I added the ginger treatment to my hair spa, which made a huge difference in elevating my experience. The person who washed my hair was very gentle and communicative. She took her time with my facial and got deep into my scalp for the massage portion. I felt so relaxed, especially with the shoulder and neck massage. Throughout the whole experience, I felt so pampered and can't wait to return because it was such a pleasant experience. The 90 minute full body massage with hot stones was incredible. The masseuse took her time, was thorough and extremely polite. I wish I could give 5 starts however I didn't enjoy the entire experience as much as I would have liked, as I was not able to fully relax during my service. As someone who does not get massages a lot and really wanted to treat myself after a hard month, I was looking forward to a much more tranquil and serene experience. To get to the point the establishment is loud. I heard other people getting serviced, loud laughing and talking, blow dryers constantly running, water running so loud as if I were next to a waterfall. All of the noise overshadowed the "calming" music playing in my room, and the interruptions lasted the entire 90 minutes I was being serviced. As a special treat for myself I booked their summer scalp treatment + hydrating facial special. Upon arrival the receptionist let me know various options for my appointment and answered my questions. The reception and treatment areas were clean and quiet, and the staff was very considerate and gentle. All of the products they used felt wonderful even with my sensitive skin/eyes. Saw a tiktok ad for this head spa and honestly, I was sold. My boyfriend and I came in for their signature head spa, which was very relaxing. They really get deep into the scalp massages. The steaming process was also pleasant. I didn't plan ahead and didn't account for what my hair would like after they washed it, which is my fault. They do dry your hair for you and have hair products for both straight and curly hair. The owner is kind and styled my hair with some mousse. At the end, they use a camera to show you how clean your scalp is. I saw that all the build up on my scalp was gone. My head feels clean and lighter. Overall, this was a great experience. The facilities are clean and well maintained. That staff is welcoming and friendly. It's conveniently located in Ozone Park which could benefit from having easy access to spa services. Cash is preferred for the time being. They do have an ATM machine. read more

Honest Review As African American girl I came Feb 20th around 2pm the place and ambience was luxury and nice why i rated a 2 stars The Massage and facial paid $128 wasnt worth it in my experience the body Massage Wasnt done well i felt i wasnt being tended to properly felt very rushed she barely massaged my shoulders and all she did was tap my legs i didnt through the towel covering i didnt get the massage treatment at all and not relaxing the facial was fine but the head massage wasnt pleasant at all she was roughly scrubbing and not really massaging my scalp as well as i have curly hair so as she was doing this rough movement she was pulling and tugging my hair and getting her fingers caught which created more tugging wasnt very knowledgeable when it cane to ethnicity this treatment felt more so for people who dont have curly hair at all the blow out was terrible as well i am a liscenced cosmetologist the blowout portion i had to do myself because they were tugging and very rough with my hair and it hurt so i volunteered to self service that portion which is unacceptable in my opinion for $128 they was forcefuly asking me to reveiw i honestly wasnt interested in doing so because i didnt enjoy my experience at all and then very insisted on me tipping which i only did $5 because i felt coerced to i didnt feel they should of been tipped honestly especially after i had to blow dry my own hair do to lack of educational value when it came to curly hair if your a girl of ethics black, latina and ethnicities with curly hair or 4c hair this is not a good place to service in my opinion it gave wash and set vibes without the set part not luxury spa relaxation my personal experience not work your money. read more
